"I am sorry to give a negative feedback. I have been a customer for many years but the last 2 times I came I was disappointed by the RUDE behaviour of the girl at the checkout . I have no complains about the quality of the food you sell. It has always been top standards but customer service and manners are more important You have certainly lost a customer and if the check out girl doesn’t change the way she talks to your customers you will be loosing more I immediately went out to a shop near by and their customer service is a million times better Best wishes"

"I have been visiting this store for many years so everything is good but greatness of staff and owners is always known when something goes wrong. Today I purchased frozen kebabs and upon cooking it was clear the meat was off as there was bad odour never never mind the taste! I contacted store via on line chat and to my surprise I received prompt replies and was told to revisit store to obtain a refund (Which was provided). This is clear sign your custom is valued and they provide a super service to the public. I was very much impressed, thank you."
