Pittagoras - Seriously Greek
● Closed“A real masterclass in flavor and of course, passion. The work of Ilias and his team speaks above all to the heart, in perfect communion to his origins, offering real traditions of Greek comfort food on a modern, inventive, fresh and flavoursome way. A Great addition to Broadway Market and let's hope that soon, he takes the city in a storm. Oh, if you don't believe it, order the Feta and Gruyère croquettes and find out for yourself.”

Souvlakia Cypriot Cuisine
● Closed240 High Street, Potters Bar EN6 5DB, United Kingdom“I get my Kebabs from here most Friday nights. They are truly authentic Cypriot Souvlaki kebabs and pretty much the best you'll find for miles. They are cooked on charcoal which is the how it should be. The portions are good at a fair price, so good value for money. Lots of other things on the menu too. Service is great”

I ordered kleftiko, taramasalata, pitta, courgette frittas and the Greek salad. The food was really fresh and tasty, the authentic Greek flavours were really strong and enticing. Overall, I had a really pleasant experience and I’m definitely looking forward to dining here again!”

Going Greek
● Closed“What an amazing place to feel like home. Authentic Greek food, excellent service, mama’s like taste and a small part of Greece living in the heart of London. I have no idea what the HR is doing on these places, but it seems to be working like a well oiled machine. Outstanding service, GReat taste and friendly staff. Trust your Greek!!”

Hellenic Gourmet
● Closed“Excellent customer service! They are all very chatty (we Greeks are like that) and very eager to help. I haven't been there once and left wanting. My favourites are the hard yellow cheese from Mytilini (my favourite), the mini pies in the freezer section (actually make it the whole of freezer section) and the juices.”

-
Nawroz Restaurant
● ClosedGreen Lanes, London N8 0RD, United Kingdom“This is hands down the best Kurdish / Kebab place on Green Lanes. Don’t be fooled by the glitzy mega kebab restaurants down the Main Street. This is the only place worth visiting on Green Lanes. They make their own tandoori bread, and once seated you are greeted with pickles and lovely warm soup. The kebabs are expertly seasoned and served without fuss - but with tons of intense charcoal grilled flavour.”
-
Illyrian Grill House
● Closed“Great restaurant, great food, I had the salad and classic burger. They had a great birthday vide due to two separate tables having separate birthdays. Recommend this place to this place Took a picture of the salad but forgot to take a picture of the burger.”

Kokobella Kitchen
● Closed“We loved the food from Kokobella. Really flavoursome, fresh and filling. The jerk wings were really authentic - you could taste the subtle heat of the scotch bonnet. Kokobella was extremely friendly and checked in with me the night before to see if I would like to make and changes to my meal. Thanks so much Kokobella! We’ll be back soon!”
-
Yasmin
● Closed“Just had my birthday dinner here and it was amazing. I think it's the tastiest Indian food I've ever had. So delicious and fresh and none of that excess oil that you get sometimes. Peshwari naan was light, fluffy and very full of coconut and everyone's dish tasted superb. The staff were super helpful and kind and even had a cake for me. I was so impressed and delighted... thank you to all at the Yasmin, I will be recommending to everyone and coming back. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

Café Amisha
● Closed“Uanama bellll!! Top, Top, Top!! Cafe' Amisha is the best Italian Restaurant in South-East London. All ingredients come directly from Italy, and all the chefs are Italian. All the waiters and Paola are incredibly kind and attentive. The main Chef, Leo, aka "The Maestro", is impressive. He cooks traditional recipes from Apulia and nationwide Italian food. Fregola, Pizza (ask for tuna and cipolla!) and fish are top at Amisha's cafe. At Easter time, ask for a Pastiera, a traditional Southern Italy Easter cake made. Maestro's pastiera is as good as my mum's. They also have a shop for Italian food which has really good stuff and Italian delicatessens. The owner, Francesco, is amazing. He is the most friendly and the nicest person ever. He is a natural people person, always smiling and happy. He also saved my life during the first lockdown and the food shortage. I bougth everything I needed there. He and his staff also delivered food to my place at any hour, including regular fresh fish deliveries.. He is also actively volunteering to help the NHS and the local community. A living hero, in a few words. He truly deserves a half-body statue at the nearby SPA garden.”

Cépage[s] Wine Bistro
● Closed“Everything we had was absolutely delicious and atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. I am a cookery teacher and my friend is a true foodie and we both agreed that the quality of food was amazing. It brought us to an evening in Paris. The only negative is this place is a bit too far from me... Otherwise I would visit every week! Highly recommend.”

Delightfully Greek
● Closed“I don’t even know where to start, I order from here regularly via Uber eats, it’s up there with one of my favourite places to order from in Woking. I’d never had Greek food before Delightfully Greek came to town and I was seriously missing out. The food is always amazing, weather you have the gyro, box or the pastries. Such big portions and really good prices. It’s a shame this place isn’t always busy when I walk past because it deserves to be. I also think a lot of people aren’t aware it’s there so that doesn’t help either. Things you NEED to try- tzatziki, tyrokafteri and the spinach and feta pastry. Also received a freebie today so thank you very much for that; thank you for always accommodating when I ask for a mix of both above sauces too! Really hope you guys stay around for years and years to help get me my Greek fix! ”

Megan's by the Green Restaurant (Parsons Green)
● Open“Amazing atmosphere works beautiful deformation around and great customer service. I felt incredible being there and the vegan cake was glam. I enjoyed my vegan hot chocolate with coconut milk. I would give 10/10 exclusively to everyone in the cafe. I'm glad the coffee shop remained opened the late evening and next time I'm planning on trying am meal from the menu. Vegan and organic. If you're dining after 6 pm you'll be lucky enough to get some discounts. Beautiful location very close to Parsons Green tube (district line) and other bus stops. The restaurant is located in zone 2.”
-
Pita
● Closed“The food was delicious and plentiful. I had the Jerusalem steak meal which was tender and well-spiced with deeply cramelised onions. The namesake pita was hot, crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy in the middle, the salad was delicious. My only complaint is the drives could have been more seasoned. Excellent service despite it being extremely busy.”

Meze & Shish

To cheer myself up I thought I'd take myself for dinner and really just walked in here at random. Staff were absolutely lovely, and attentive, the food was totally incredible, and even the house wine just hit the spot perfectly! Definitely recommend, ended up pulling victory from the Jaws of defeat!”
