I have been suffering with acute pain from an ongoing issue with nerve pain from damaged discs in my back, medication was not making any difference. I left the clinic feeling there was light at the end on the tunnel, with advice on gentle exercise, medication, acupuncture and suggestions to help with sleep. We are so lucky in Banstead/tattenham area to have such compassionate, knowledgeable professionals. Thank you Clare.”

“I cancelled my repeat prescription order from Boots in Banstead as have experianced late delivery over the past four months, and not answering the Pharmacy phone for days on end, this month I had again to phone to find out why my prescription was five days late, Boots told me they had delivered the request on the 18th of April, I phone the clinic who advised me they had nor received the repeat request from Boots, that's when I gave up on Boots. Contacted Lloyds Banstead to take over my order, found staff very helpfull and after contacting my clinic for my details, even collected my overdue prescription from Boots and delivered it to me the same day. If that is the standard of service from Lloyds Pharmacy I am very glad I changed. Thank you Lloyds.”
