From having my Emergency Appointment, getting my Fillings done to booking a Wisdom Teeth Extraction. I loved how caring, attentive and reassuring Nosheen and Debbie were throughout my time at this dentistry. I was looked after with no hesitation and well informed about any procedures and/or treatment I needed to get done. My time at this dental practice has great. Also a special shoutout to Emma, who always goes above and beyond to answers any queries I have with utmost importance and always manages to find appointments that suit my work schedule. Kudos to all staff members at this clinic. Currently, at the stage of convincing both family members and friends to change to Bupa Dental Care, Hornchurch! He is now swimming and jumping in, I can see his confidence growing and now he is asking to go swimming, something he never did before. The activities are fun, engaging and age appropriate. The sessions are well organised and social distancing is adhered to strictly, children enter and exit via different doors to avoid contact. Thank you so much Jerome for everything.”

The mindfulness colouring provides a way to distract your hands while talking. A really personalised service.”

My Appointment was booked for October however due to the intense pain in my neck I decided to call the helpdesk to have a bit of a moan as waiting a month for a scan seemed outrageous. However when I called the helpdesk they managed to slot me in for that week Excellent. My visit to the clinic was extremely positive to. The appointment was bang on time and the staff were attentive professional and caring. The health Centre was spotlessly clean with refreshments available like tea and coffee. Parking is available outside the clinic on a sunday however there is a single yellow line. Results were received within a week. Incredible. Well done to all the staff that supported me during my visit. You are amazing!! Keep up the great work.”

I also got composite bonding and teeth whitening. All staff were polite, attentive and made every effort to ensure I was comfortable and advised me on the best treatments. I have had pain and knots in my shoulders and neck for several months , I was put at ease when conducting a medical questionnaire and straight away knew that the therapist had an indepth knowledge of the body and various massages and treatments that would help me. After the massage Aiga said It was apparent that my pain was related to stress and recommended a holistic massage next time I visit.
