"I have been at this surgery since 1987. It is now time to move because I find the majority of the receptionists and doctors quite rude and abrupt and have very little time for you or any patience for their patients! Doesn't even deserve the one star. We are all busy and have busy lives/stress - don't take your stress out on us when we are unwell and worried! Absolutely shocking phone system to boot - expect a long, long wait to get through and then get receptionists who think they are doctors and you are beneath them!"

"I went to Wood Lane Doctors surgery and I explained to the receptionist that I believe that water could have got in my left ear afterI I was swimming. I told the receptionist at the surgery that my ear was blocked and I may need the nurse to examine it in case it gets infected. The receptionist referred me to a nearby pharmacy and said that the pharmacy have the equipment to look inside my ear. The pharmacy phoned about about one hour later and informed me that the they do not have the equipment to examine a persons ear. This is very concerning that the receptionist at Wood Lane doctors surgery were not aware that pharmacies not not have the equipment to examine a persons ear. I believe that the management at Wood Lane doctors surgery should be made aware that the people working at the reception in their surgery are giving people the wrong advise."
