“I have been with Mark Nelson's for 30 years with a short gap recently due to personal issues. They have always put my animals first and always treated me and my animals with care and respect. When my beautiful girl Bailey suddenly fell terminally ill, they did everything they could to make her last week's comfortable and pain free, and when she finally deteriorated early one Saturday morning, they were there to make sure she didn't suffer anymore. I have just moved back to the area and have immediately re registered my three with them and an appointment was immediately available to see my poorly cat. Can't recommend this surgery enough. Caring vets and one receptionist lady has to be the kindest and loveliest I've had the pleasure of dealing with.”

“I've been attending this surgery for years and when my previous dentist Akshay left I was gutted as I had total trust in him which is important for me as I'm petrified of the dentist. I'm was so relieved when Shabana joined the surgery she is amazing at what she does, and really puts you at ease. I am so pleased she joined the surgery. It would be nice I'd the surgery started to take on more NHS patients as they used to though as I know people who want to be a patient there but they can't afford to go private and they are therefore missing out on treatment so please reconsider this!”

“I would hands down say this is the most affordable Barber shop I've ever been to in London. And they've always consistently given me a great cut and shaved every time. The barbers are mostly African and there's a lot of barbershop banter going on all the time, so your waiting time passes very quickly through all the funny shenanigans. Give it a try if you're anywhere near The Pond at Thornton Heath or if you need a quick trim while at Croydon University Hospital (it's a straight 5 minutes bus ride from the hospital)”

The lady on reception was friendly, and the doctor and nurse I had during my copper coil/IUD fitting were so professional and reassuring. “I was pleasantly surprised to hear my GP Dr Siddiqui answer the telephone. I automatically assumed there were a crisis taking place in the GP. I was impressed when advised, a new trail where the GP man's the front desk and answer calls from patients wanting to book appointments. Conversation was short and sweet but swiftly addressee the issues and points I raised prior to my scheduled appointment this Friday. This is a good service....I recommend this as a way forward from Melissa Sharon Simon”
