The staff dealt with re-booking really well, called and left messages, also had the text message reminders for my appointments. The reception at front desk is very friendly (has been Nicola/nicky I've seen mostly). Gave me advice for products i could try without being too pushy. Recently visited the hygienist (khalda I believe) who was thorough and professional. Explained exactly what was going to happen, what to do next. I Feel very comfortable when visiting !”

This place is decked out very 80s retro, you don't just come here for a cut but you can stay for a game of pool, play the arcade machine and admire the decir on the walls whether it be the Star Wars corner or the Prince room. The vet Darren and the receptionist Liz were very helpful in keeping me updated with his condition explaining everything to me. Even when it was time for him to go I was treated with up most compassion and he was treated with the up most care. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vets.”
