"Had a £45 gift voucher. Wasn't given what I asked for. Instead the barber did what he wanted and ignored what I asked for. Paid for a hot towel shave. Wasn't given that. Got a beard trim and standard haircut worth £20. Then was told to restyle my whole look because he didn't like it..... big disappointment. Won't be returning. Waste of money. Obviously that barber has lost his passion for his job."
