“5 STAR TREATMENT!! I was recommended by a friend to go to dental beauty as I am a very nervous patient and have always put off the dentist for years! I had to have teeth out and was very anxious about it all. Dr Sophie has been looking after me and is making my whole experience of coming back to the dentist a breeze, she has been kind, patient, understanding and explaining everything step by step, what is going on! The anaesthetist Dr ravalia was also amazing kept me calm through the whole thing also explaining in detail! I would go back tomorrow if I needed anymore more teeth out! Can’t recommend Dental beauty enough! Please don’t do what I did and put it off any longer! “I have used this chemist and their Bourne Rd to be for over 30 years. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I cannot thank them enough, for always finding the time to help me out, whether it’s arranging my prescriptions, getting them to me if I’m really stuck, to helping out with medical concerns for myself or my children. And they STILL-managed to do all this through the pandemic. And I had to listen to the unwarranted comments to the staff from customers that were getting fed up with waiting, all because they refuse to make any customer feel rushed! They all work so, so hard, yet always have a smile and willing to give you all their time. They are completely undervalued. You deserve this 5 * review! Caroline x”

“i made a special journey to bexley heath for just one item.....i couldnt see it on the shelf....a staff member was near by , and i asked her. she said " if its not on the shelf we dont have it " ...in other words could not be bothered.......I encountered another staff member. and asked her.....this time , it was a very pleasant encounter. she couldnt have been more helpful.....she went and looked and found the item i needed........well....Boots if you are reading this get EVA G ....to train the rest....she was lovely ....the reason for my 5 star review .”
