My only sorry was I wish he was my regular dentist I did ask about joining the practice but there fully booked up for NHS .what a shame!!! as the ladies on reception was also very helpful overall a first class dental practice.”

She always greets clients with a bright smile and is accommodating to my busy schedule when booking appointments. She also contacted me ahead of time to offer any spots that opened up that she knew would better suit my schedule which I really appreciated. She has honestly been a life saver, I wouldn’t have been as consistent with my appointments if not for her. Both Dr Ahmed and Anca were brilliant, payed attention to my needs and remembered things that even I forgot. There is a Badminton and multi utility sports hall on the campus. A number of activities such as Yoga, Boxing, etc are conducted and made available to members and non-members. “First I was bit unsure about this online consultation service. I have booked this for my mother who came from abroad. We booked it in Webber Pharmacy Harrow. The staff over there was very helpful and everything was neat and clean. We got to see Dr Abbey who was really friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything and aske all necessary questions. She asked me to check her temperature, discussed the symptoms and asked me to show the affected area with medical specialist web camera. It was really easy to use. Overall the system was used friendly. Once the consultation finished then she sent the prescription to the pharmacy so we just had to pick up the medicines from there and go. I really recommend this service as well as Webber pharmacy. I didn't feel much difference between face to face appointment and this online GP consultation. It saved both my money and time. “Very good, new sports centre. I've only used the pool so I'm only reviewing it. Excellent changing facilities with two accessible changing rooms, one with hoist and table for disabled adults. Poolside the floor is textured and non slip. Plenty of lifeguards around and they're very quick when needed.”

“I attended the Health Pharmacy for my booster as they are one of the few vaccination centres that offer the Astra Zeneca . I have an autoimmune disease and also suffer from anaphylaxis so I wanted to find a centre where I could have the Astra Zeneca as a booster as I had not reacted badly to my first two vaccinations and did not want to risk taking a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine as a booster as I would not know if I would react to it. . Kiran and Rupal did the appropriate checks to ascertain my conditions before administering the booster and the service and care I received was first class, with precautions taken to stay at the pharmacy for 30 minutes afterwards to ensure I did not react. “GPS are brilliant. They are caring and straightforward. Felt supported. As long you're able to articulate you're health needs and know when you need a gp or urgent care or A&E the system works. And you have to learn the booking online system and keep asking the receptionist who are ready to update you and assist. On how to access the website.”

“I have a self propelled wheelchair and had found the wheels were not gripping the road surface safely, not a good experience in London's streets! I was seen by two of their technicians and got two new larger wheels fitted with a better time that was much better than before. It was a great service,we talked about some technical issues that I understand as I used to ride various bikes when I wasn't disabled and had an enjoyable experience whilst they were fitted and an enjoyable and engaging experience. They provide a good service provision in the Borough of Harrow and I know other users who say the same thing. Also they have a home visit service for general maintenance and repair of many different types of wheelchair. In the current climate of council grant cuts and the demands they meet,I cannot speak highly enough of the work that they do and demand they meet, I thank the staff sincerely.”
