Chertsey Osteopathic Clinic
● Open“I had a brilliant introductory session with Gemma. She took the time to explain what was causing my issues and the treatment she would give me. This first session included massage and acupuncture. This, coupled with me carrying out the advice Gemma gave me, have already helped a lot.”

Synergy Chertsey Dental Centre
● Open“Mr Marsh and his team are excellent. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this practice. He has a very calm and reassuring manner, with great depth of knowledge, attention to detail, modern technology and he really cares. All the staff are caring and very professional. My family and wider family have also used this practice for many years. Mr Marsh was absolutely brilliant during lockdown when I had a problem, and he’s also made adjustments for my Mum after her stroke. I’d say he always goes the extra mile and provides a first class service.”

Abbeymead Dental Centre
● Open“I have just finished treatment of two implants and a new crown fitted at the Abbeymead Dental Centre with Dr Thomas Norlin and Egle, his assistant nurse. I cannot be happier and my smile has returned after so many years of not feeling confident to smile. Dr Thomas Norlin is a fantastic surgeon who knows what he is doing, gives great advice and would definitely recommend him and Abbeymead centre - I wouldn't go anywhere else and travel the miles to go there since moving - Thank you all from the very bottom of my heart to you all.”

Kingswood Vets
● Closed“Joined this practice on recommendation after a bad experience at another vet. Have had excellent service from day one, from the normal routine check-ups/vaccinations to dealing with a traumatic accident. Have always felt that the best interests of our pet are the priority & received good, sensible advice. Our pets are always relaxed during their visits which is a testament to the care of all staff. Can't recommend highly enough!”

The Runnymede Hospital
● Open“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”

activ8rehab
● Open“Activ8 Rehab are absolutely outstanding and I wholeheartedly recommend them. I'll explain why...After an ankle fracture, I struggled to recover. I saw three local physiotherapists and saw no improvements. None of them questioned why I wasn't improving and were quite dismissive of me. I therefore decided to see Tom Williams and travelled 65 miles from my home. Tom listened to me and more importantly believed what I was telling him. Upon examination, he consequently identified an issue and referred me to an ankle specialist, writing an extremely detailed letter describing his observations. It transpired that my ankle was still fractured in several places with loose bony fragments and I had torn tendons. It required surgery and a long rehab which Tom guided me through. I truly believe that I'd still be struggling to walk now, had it not been for Tom and his exceptional team. Tom is knowledgeable and highly skilled. He communicated clearly and honestly, so I never had unrealistic expectations of what was achievable. His premises are modern, clean and he was always on time for my appointments. A true professional and the best physiotherapist I've ever worked with - I highly recommend.”

Mr Shaheen Khazali
● Open“I was diagnosed with one of the worst case of endometriosis back in 2004 and had my first open surgery back then with a different doctor and in a different country. I then carried on with treatment of my recurring endometriosis by alternating the mirena coil and lupron injections. I was told that I needed a second surgery but avoided it all costs because I couldn't a find a surgeon that made me feel confident about the results of my procedure. In January 2018, my endometriosis worsened (with a vengeance) and the doctors discovered that I had fibroids in my uterus that was causing excessive bleeding and bloating of my lower tummy and was told I needed a hysterectomy and possibly the removal of my ovaries. After asking around, I was recommended to see Dr. Khazali. I knew from the very moment I met him that he was the right surgeon for my complicated procedure and that I would be in good hands. He was straight and honest with me about what to expect from my procedure and what may happen. I felt confident knowing that I found an expert in endometriosis who specialised in complicated procedures like mine. I was operated by Dr. Khazali in April 2018 and my procedure was successful despite its complications (my uterus had grown 2x its size and was partially stuck to my bowel, therefore I had to undergo open instead of keyhole surgery); although we spoke about trying to save my ovaries during our consultations, my ovaries unfortunately were removed due to the endometriosis. I did not experience any post operation complications and my recovery has been surprisingly faster than what I expected and successful.”

Mr Anil Tailor, Consultant Gynaecologist
● Open“Mr Anil Tailor is an exceptionally proficient Consultant Gynaecologist. He is extremely personable, friendly, warm, compassionate and supportive. I trusted in his medical abilities to deliver the most competent treatment for my womb cancer. He thoroughly explained my condition honestly and and encouraged my questions. My fears and anxieties were immediately placated by his demeanour and expertise. It is testament to his exceptional, professional skills that I was discharged the day after the robotic total hysterectomy op. I have not required any painkillers or experienced any pain since the op day. I remain in awe of his operating skills. Mr Tailor far exceeded his medical responsibilities towards me. He spent hours of his own time over a 3 week period in combative discussions with my insurer who were reluctant to pay for the robotic op. On an almost daily basis Mr Tailor kept me abreast of progress at all hours of the day and late evening. It is testament to his drive and determination to secure the best possible treatment for me that he did eventually win the battle. I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Tailor, his skills, knowledge and experience are of the highest quality. I will always be forever thankful that at the most difficult time of my life that Mr Tailor was my Consultant.”

River Bourne Health Club
● Open“I’ve been a member here for over a year now so I feel I’m in a good position to leave an accurate review. I will try and the short and to the point. Short version: I come here for the atmosphere and the friendships I’ve made with the PTs, facilities are great never a long wait for anything even at peak times. Theres pricing for a monthly member with a pay-as-you-go option, but full-time members get free parking. More in-depth review below. Facilities: A great selection of cardio and weight equipment, with two or three new machines having been added since my membership. The staff seem very on top of maintaining and replacing equipment; and even at peak times I’ve never had to wait very long for a piece of equipment . There are dozens of classes going on throughout the week, and Sofia runs the Milon programme which seems very popular. I’ve never personally taken a class but they take place either on the gym floor or in one of the studio rooms. Having observed some of the classes going on in the morning the PTs seem motivated and seem to respond well to the members and they leave looking absolutely knackered. There is a good size pool, again I don’t go there often but there are many classes and also three swimming lanes, I’m not sure if they’re designated swim times for young children or not . Staff: I can personally say that I have made great friends with many of the PTs, Kieran the fitness manager, Ben, Jess, Harry, Sofia are all lovely lovely people, extremely knowledgeable, and even if they’re occupied they always seem to make time for people with questions or people wanting advice. Even if they’re just walking the gym floor if they see that you are unsure or perhaps doing something that would risk injury, they’ll come and have a quiet chat. I’ll be moving away from the area, but I will make the drive back to this gym because it’s such a friendly and vibrant atmosphere. Price: As a full member depending on what promotion is on you can expect to pay between £45 and £55 if you go to the gym more than three times a week it’s best to become a full member rather than Pay As You Go as the monthly cost works out cheaper, I signed up doing a promotion so I didn’t have to pay a joining fee these promotions seem to run fairly often so always worth asking. Based on what the gym has, and the people who work here I would say this gym is very good value for money. And full members get free parking.”

Ottershaw Surgery
● Open“Ottershaw surgery sets an exemplary standard for medical care in the community. The GPs are all highly skilled and supportive at every consultation and they take time to ensure that every patient gets the right help at the right time. The reception staff are second to none, ensuring that the service runs effectively and efficiently whilst also playing their part in caring for patients. There is not a better practice in all Surrey in my opinion! Keep up the good work!”

St Peter's Hospital
● Open“After finding myself in the unfortunate circumstances of being in a&e, seeing the GPs exhausted, the nurses understaffed and trying their best. I was glad I could be someone who smiled and thanked them for their time. It may have taken 9.5hr and an overnight stay… but their dedication to their job got me the answers I needed in a day. I was well cared for and received amazing care and multiple services which would have taken me months to do without their support. The night nurse who I am regretful to not know her name was incredible. We shared laughs when deep down I was scared. Thank you to all your team who did an amazing job for me! Keep working for what you believe in and I hope the system gives back to you all what you deserve!”
