“Although we were a little worried about the small added journey (I don't like driving) we decided to transfer to Pearl Dental following our wonderful dentist Simon Moore. One of the best decisions we have made. Simon is his usual happy, friendly dentist who is very good at looking after our teeth, he puts everyone at ease making a visit to the dentist fun (if that's possible). We were so pleased to see that Ann had also become part of the team, lovely to have familiar faces around. The added bonus is that everyone at Pearl Dental are very professional a friendly team who I cannot recommend highly enough.”

“i have been to vets4pets 2 times now and each time i have been welcomed in and made to feel very comfortable, the receptionist is so kind and lovely along with all of the vets to, i was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still managed to see me straight away, the prices are excellent (totally recommend the health care plan to anyone - £10 a month) - it covers flee & worming tablets each month, check ups, injections, discounts, ive only had to pay a additional charge of £10 for my cats microchip! but totally recommended this vets - my 3 dogs are also getting moved from medi vets to vets4pets in sevenoaks as all the staff care for animals and respect all customers!”

As much as it makes it more comfortable having less people to wait on machines and weights, this place deserves a little more love from the community in these times. “I must say reading all the negative reviews, has really shocked me. I have been with this practise for about a year now. I have never had a problem getting an appointment. The receptionists can never do enough for me and are always so helpful. Dr White is currently helping me and I must say she is very thorough, always calls back if I need to ask advice and i instantly felt comfortable. Thank you. Some reviews have been quite rude…. But you cannot please everyone and I think those people must be very hard to please or woke on the wrong side of the bed!!”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”

“I broke down on M25 Sunday evening, it was freezing cold. RAC were going to take 4 hours to recover. These guys came out within one hour and recovered my vehicle to a garage 25 miles away. They were all super nice and efficient and basically saved me. I highly recommend them.”

“Worth the money! The staff are welcoming and accommodating (especially during this pandemic). They gave clear and concise advice over the phone and even accommodated a last minute change of appointment time for me. I went in to help with my arches and am very pleased with the service and care I received. A lot of attention to detail, you're listened to and my feet/leg/hip problems have improved massively! I've been to a few podiatry clinics over the years, really recommend this place”
