“If you don't mind, I'll start my review backwards. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude with a huge thank you to the surgery management who was top ten with my situation. Was a single phone call, enough to have a concerned team giving me medical assistance. So again THANK YOU so much. Normal the situation, yes without a doubt, but let me tell you: 1. This wasn't my GP. 2. Nothing more, nothing less was asked to a surgery doctor then advise to put me in the right direction for assistance. 3. This had been done by a relative (not by myself) at the end of his telephone consultation. 4. The doctor's care and concern was then tireless, not stopping until I was given assistance. With this, I received medical assistance in your surgery, which today is my GP as it could not fail to be. Apart from the telephone call at 11:30, at 03:00 pm was being answered, cared for and medicated. I had been trying for more than 4 months to make an appointment, both at my doctor and in a hospital, never being seen as an urgent case. Today I am aware and I know what had happened to me; insect bite slowly caused me a blood poisoning... maybe today I wasn't doing this review if I wasn't lucky enough to find this wonderful and efficient team that I found in St. Johns Way Medical Centre. Without a doubt I just have to say that I don't know any surgery with such excellent care and medical assistance and I know a lot due to my line of work. I’m blessed by being patient at St Johns Medical Center. You are the best!! Thank you for everything you have done for my well-being. Again a big THANK YOU for your good work. Ana”

“I’ve been visiting the clinic since January and had several different treatments with Annice in the run up to having Botox and fillers with Dr Esho. Annice is the such a sweetheart and made all my treatments a pleasure. Each one was so effective and produced massive results. I was so nervous every time and she has been professional and reassuring through out. Dr Esho got my treatment plan soooo right. He’s also a pleasure to deal with and an absolute artist. I was so happy with the results I wanted to cry. It looks natural but effective and exactly what I wanted. I took years of insta spying and research to trust someone enough with my face and this is a Dr and a brand I will stay with forever now. I can’t recommend enough.”

“Our kitten Jake spent his holidays at the Village Cat Hotel in Caterham. It was his first time at a cat hotel and we had been a bit anxious, hoping that he would be happy there while on a family holiday. Emma could not have been more lovely and sympathetic to how we were feeling when dropping him off. She showed us around and allows us to stay to feel confident leaving him. She explained procedures and we asked any questions we needed to. I hope away, we got a Jake update every two days, with pictures and it honestly cemented our choice of cat hotel. We missed him so much and this really helped! She told us all about how he had settled and what he got up to every day. It completely put us at ease and showed that she really got him. We have already booked him in for his next holiday in October. We would highly recommend for anyone!”

“I didnt actually have service done - and that's why I'm writing this 5 star review. I had a grinding on my brakes but they didn't need replaced, its normal first thing in the morning and I was reassured. I was ready to get new brake pads but he inspected and sent me on my way and told me to come back in a year as all my brakes were in great shape. In and out in less than 5 minutes with proper peace of mind and not a penny spent.”
