“My dog has been using this vet for years. They are simply amazing. Dr. Enric is top of his field with a whole Master Degree and he is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is kind to you and deeply cares about his patients. I have seen him during the years staying late way over the 6pm closure to look after pets. My dog had to be hospitalised and you know the worry we get, so Enric called me few times in the day to give me updates.. here not only you can rest assured they will be in the best hands possible but they will treat your pet as it is their own. During the night I spoke with Dani from Richmond hospital and she not only reassured me on everything but she was super empathetic, caring and she updated me on everything, making me feel so much better! Thank you Dani. I was also told that Enric went to the hospital there just to check how my little one was doing…that is such a lovely thing to do!They are not the cheapest but you always get what you pay for and using this vet you will know you are giving your pet a 5 star care. Thank you DR Enric, the doctors in the veterinary hospital in Richmond and all the staff. Continue to do the outstanding job you do everyday! We need more people like you all in this world!”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local. I got my wisdom tooth removed here and not only was the dentist insanely good at what he does, he’s also a lovely person. I was at ease and the whole procedure took at most 3 -5 min! I have always been scared of getting my wisdom teeth removed because of American horror stories. I would fly to London just to get my dental work done here. Can’t say enough good things!”

“I'm not a huge fan of dentists, but I think this dentist is good. I have never had a negative experience in 10+ years of being a patient there. The only drawback is that with there only being one dentist, there will be times when you just can't get an appointment. ps I was surprised to see 1* reviews. One of the 1* reviews seems implausible - the dentist, whilst testing for numbness, made cuts so bad in the gum that stitches were needed. Smells a bit fishy to me.”
