Being a runner, it's often my legs that need attention and I can safely say I'm in the best condition when I'm having my ProActive sessions on a regular basis. More recently I've had ankle pain which Danielle was able to address through massage and some targeted stretches. Adrian Jackson Therapy
● Open“I have recently developed a fear of flying and so I contacted Adrian for help. He was very professional and contacted me within 24 hours of my enquiry. We had a brief discussion on the phone before meeting in person and Adrian made me feel at ease. I was flying out within a week of contacting Adrian and he managed to fit me in the day before my flight. When we met we discussed a couple of different techniques and I found both very helpful. I only had a short session but I felt much better and we actually got to the root of the issue which I believed to be something else. I would highly recommend Adrian to those who wish to overcome a fear.”

LFB Sports Massage Therapy
● Closed“My physical exercise involves my job (site engineer), running more than once a week, weights and lots of yoga every single day. The practice that Lauren performs is advanced enough to know by touch and sight, the exact areas of tightness and damage as well as confirming all my own observations of what occurs every week or 2 that I see her. The price is well worth the investment especially if you do a couple of sessions a week to begin with like I have, then cutting down later when your body stabilizes. It's best to see her to get a good opinion, she won't be hard selling her services whilst the opinion is well worth it in itself. If you do a regular sport, this is pretty much a must, you won't know yourself what areas are under consistent strain. I've been going to her for more than 4 months now and plan to keep going.”

It’s quite daunting opening up to a stranger, but I’ve only ever been met with warmth and support. It’s a truly safe and judgement free zone. An unexpected bonus has been the laughter achieved at every session, no matter how hard the topics have been. I could not recommend her enough!”
