"Nice comfortable lounge in T2. Easy to find, turn right after you get through security. Limited snacks and drinks, had to go into the terminal to find a good coffee. Plenty of space to relax."

"What I liked about the lounge is its quietness and space. I can't say much about food as I believe I arrived between breakfast and lunch time, meaning there were just biscuits and muffins to eat plus a few croissants. The lounge is very easy to find at the right of the departure hall after the security area."

"So so so incredibly disappointed by this experience. I was invited to pay £30 lounge access when checking in for a morning flight and decided to treat myself - it's Christmas.... For £30, I got pastries, juice and coffee. That was about it. No hot food and certainly no alcohol before 11am. An abject disgrace for a lounge of a flag-carrying airline at one of the world's largest airports. Do better Aer Lingus."

"Had s fee hours to spend before flight to dublin . Went in at 14.00. Checked in within seconds by very nice staff member. Very nice choice of seating and lounge was kept nice and warm. Nice selection of food and drink to keep you going if you don't want a full hot meal. Well stocked and re stocked during my time . The lady re stocking and cleaning the tables was the nicest person you could meet working yhe whole time to keep the place clean not something you see all the time . this is a great spot to spend a few hours in peace and quiet and with staff like this will definitely be back next time at heathrow. Thank you"
