“I had a great customer service in the store, Jenn and Vlad are always very helpful every time I come in the store. However the waiting time for consigning items is very long, can take up to 45 days. I really hope this will improve in the near future. Some of my original packaging was lost-damaged when I asked for my items back. Nevertheless, the store has a great collection of luxury brands as Chanel, Hermes etc, very impressive items. Thank you to Chiara who is always so supportive with any of my queries.”

“Such a cute little shop with a really fun assortment of pieces. The mix of brands and colours and prints and cuts means there's something for many different styles. I enjoyed that. Browsing the racks stayed interesting! The clientele also spanned a wide age range, which was cool. The man who helped me was passionate and knowledgeable, bringing me items to try on that actually suited my taste. He really paid attention and put in the extra effort to help me find nice things in my budget. I also loved that the shop isn't super big, so no getting overwhelmed. It was a bit above my personal price point (I'd say it's similar to Oliver Bonas or Massimo Dutti price wise — not outrageous, but not cheap.) The service makes it great — really a personal feeling where you know they'll go the extra mile. I heard another woman having an alteration done, so I think that's also possible. And they said they'd mail things to me in Holland if needed. So nice!”

“I really like this shop. It's unfortunate that others have had negative experiences but I find this shop has a huge selection and variety in terms of the intensity of some of the designs. The prices are super reasonable.. the only downside is sometimes they may not have your size and they are exchange only which is relatively typical for places that sell clothes such as this. Recently going a few Eid suits there and prices were very good compared to some of the other tat that is being sold. They have some good options for wedding outfits too. Stock is replenished regularly so if you like a design.... you must bag it as it get sold out regularly (I mentioned it can be hard to get sizes). I find that they offer designs that I don't really see on the rest of green street. Give it a go!”
