“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time. They both spoke English and answered any questions we had about the area. Highly recommended!”

The staff are so friendly and polite. I got my nails done for holiday this week - the lady took her time to do a design that I requested and I am so happy with them! “Great service and products. We had been let down by Wayfair for a mattress and went straight to the Bed Post to buy one, put it in the back of the car and that's it. The service was friendly, no nonsense and professional. I don't know why I didn't think of the Bed Post in the first place as they are only down the road from us and I have previously bought mattresses from them before when my children were little. This is a lesson to be learnt about using our local shops and services, especially in these strange times. Thank you the Bed Post!”
