“Andrew did a great job servicing our Mazda. He picked it up at the exact specified time the night before, completed the work thoroughly and in good time, and charged a really reasonable rate compared to both Mazda and mainstream service centres. He explained things really clearly and gave great, honest advice, and uses higher quality products than the mainstream service centres. He also replaced the exhaust silencer on our Honda; again, a thorough job, completed quickly and dropped back to our house. Andrew is a really nice guy, very thorough in his work, and we would happily recommend him to anyone.”

“I have been coming to this salon religiously for over 1 year, every 4 weeks. I cannot praise the team enough for their outstanding skill and customer service. Everyone is so lovely and able to answer any and all questions regarding their services and make honest recommendations. I first came in by chance to get acrylics removed, and was recommended to start using bio gel due to now damaged my nails were, and since then my natural nails are half an inch long and extremely healthy. I’ve also had my eyelashes done by Thalia and I must say they were the most beautiful lashes using the best products / material, by far the best lash extensions me or anyone else has had. I’ve just had my first facial to start my clear skin journey and the recommendations / information given to me is one of a kind. It’s rare to find people in the beauty industry who really care about how things look / feel for customers however the nail & beauty shop is a rare gem, who never recommend the most expensive service but instead recommend things that work for you. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, however it is 100% worth it plus there’s always reggaeton or Latin music in the background to vibe to :)”

“Called in the week to ask advice on an office chair for home. After chatting it through it with them, they suggested I pop in to test them out. Visited the shop on Saturday and the man who served me was super helpful. Great recommendation, friendly and even helped me to the car with my new office chair. I've noticed the difference in my back just after one day. Much better than buying online as you get to try them and the chair comes fully assembled. Would highly recommend and lovely to be able to support somewhere local.”

She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. Both visits (the second after looking at colours and sizes) were a delight and the showroom is very impressive. “Wonderful brunch with friends here on Sunday. They have plenty of seating, some fantastic breakfast/brunch options and really speedy and friendly service. Coffee was also good so we were very impressed with our visit and will definitely return to check out the champagne brunch deal (any breakfast dish, glass of champagne and juice or coffee for £17.95) Tip- if you’re driving into town then it’s best to park at the Castle Street or Sydenham Road car park and wander down to the restaurant.”

“I just purchased a Sleep Story Luxury 2000 divan set and was very impressed with the whole set up at Furniture Village Guildford. Talking to a properly qualified salesman (Ian McPhee) who actually knew what he was talking about was like a breath of fresh air. I also visited Dreams & DFS but couldn’t find anyone to help without them reading off the description cards attached to the beds. Ian was absolutely brilliant and a very nice chap also.”

“One of the nicest meals out I've had in a long time. The staff are amazingly friendly from the moment you walk through the door as was the service throughout, very attentive and quick. The food was just incredible and at a reasonable price. I had the pork belly special of the day which was just fantastic. My daughter had the seafood linguine which she said was the nicest she'd ever had and as an Italian cuisine lover, that's saying something indeed! The portion size was great too. Left just enough room for tiramisu, which as it's my favourite dessert, I can honestly say it was one of the best I've tried! Thank you for an enjoyable evening.
