“I stayed in Apartment 13 (one bedroom) for a few nights in August 2019. What a great apartment! It was clean, modern bathroom, basic kitchen facilities - everything you needed for a short stay! There was even a laundry available to use on the ground floor. The check in and out process was so easy. You get a message the day before with a door code and then your keys are waiting for you in a letter box inside the building, you just drop your keys back here when you leave. There are several deadlocks to the apartment door making the apartment very secure. Yes there is no lift and depending on which floor your apartment is on you may have to walk up a few flights of stairs - but it is the same for all apartments in this area. If you are wanting a lift you either need to choose another location or increase your budget and stay in one of the hotels in the area. I had no issues carrying my suitcase up the stairs. The location was fantastic for exploring London. It was walking distance to Regents Park, Paddington and Marble Arch. Edgeware Rd station was a five minute walk. Paddington Station a ten minute walk which was perfect for jumping on the Heathrow Express to get to the airport. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. I was more than happy with my stay here. I think the apartments are reasonably priced for the standard and location. I would not hesitate in recommending these apartments and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.”

“We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole hotel is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. It has a very funky vibe to it.The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing. The lounge areas are very nice, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks with shisha. You'll definitely see me back & I will highly recommend to anyone who asks.”

“This is the second time we stayed. The first time there were some issues, the second time the staff made sure everything was perfect. Rooms are very good standard and extremely clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a lot of choice. The spa was great, the children had amazing time in the pool, we had a chance to enjoy a lovely steam room, hot tube and sauna. The water in the pools is perfect temperature too. A big thank you to Alvaro for making sure everything was perfect for us. We are really happy that we could do our weekend again, the stay was amazing.”

“Very good food, good services, there is a gas station and food store very close to the location (3min walk). There is a bus station, but there is no Underground or train station. The location is right next to the motorway. The hotel does not have any playground, so it is quite boring for kids. Excelent breakfast buffet!”

“Travelled for business. Stayed for one night. Upgraded to a king room and amazing breakfast. Staff is attentive and the service was beyond anything I've come to expect being someone who travels quite often. Rooms were quiet and bed was comfortable. The location is close to everything you'll need especially if you're visiting London for tourism. 100% will stay next time I'm in the city.”

“We stayed two nights and found the room to be of high quality and more spacious than usual for central London. It was exceptionally clean and not tatty like so many London hotels. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The reception, breakfast and bar were all lovely. The underground was a 15 min walk away but you can also order yourself a taxi if you don’t want to walk.”

“As part of our trip to Costa Blanca we booked a four night trip to Costa del sol area of Spain. We wanted to visit Nerja and also Mazarron . Here we requested the parador as we have used a few on previous visits to Spain . Dan from Hogan Holidays made the reservations for us and made suggestions ref hotels and adding a visit to Guadix on the return to our apartment . The suggestions were excellent the customer service was outstanding and the administration of our bookings were excellent . The company took all the hard work away made our planning and assisted with the itinerary and provided great instructions both on line and in hard copy as requested by us .He had good local knowledge and therefore could advise us on many aspects. The Ramada hotel in Mazzaron was fantastic and they gave us an upgrade on the room the hotel has also been recently refurbished so everything was clean, bright ,and modern,we also enjoyed a good meal in the lovely garden that evening . The Parador in Nerja was a beautifully situated overlooking the sea and we had amazing views from our room of the Interesting gardens and bay . The breakfasts were very well presented and took extra hygiene precautions in relation to the covid restrictions , we were impressed ,we were able to eat outside on the terrace ,enjoying the sunrise , service was excellent . On our overnight stay in Guadix Hogan holidays suggested a old central town hotel ,it was full of Spanish charm , good reception and a nice breakfast ,a little cramped in their breakfast room it was fun to hear the church clock striking . The town is full of interesting history with a magnificent cathedral which had organised tours, and cave houses in the surrounding locality were also worth visiting. It made a good stop and we could have stayed longer . There were plenty of options for eating we enjoyed lunch in an enclosed town square ,nice and airy with some shade out of the hot midday sun, with a daily lunch menu in an excellent location . So to sum up we were very pleased with our whole experience of using Hogan Holidays for the first time ,we would not hesitate to return for future trips .”
