“From start to finish this was an excellent experience. The lodges are of a very high spec and everything you could want or need has been thought about. The quality and finish of the lodges are excellent and you would be hard pushed to find a better thought out living and relaxing space in any 5 star hotel. Rebecca was a wonderful host giving us great instructions on how to find the place and allowing us some flexibility with check out time. We were there as part of my wife’s birthday celebration and they had put some balloons in the property which was a lovely touch. All in all i don’t want to say how amazing this place was because I want to make sure we are able to get a booking in the future but it really is one of the best glamping spots I have been to and cannot think of anything that I would change. Book it, book it now.”

“Beautiful location . Useful off street parking in front of house. Within reasonable walking distance from vibrant high street and Surbiton station. Large house with tastefull interior decor. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely large rear garden, with view from breakfast room. Excellent breakfast buffet with thoughtful variety of healthy eating options. Best full English breakfast we've ever had and well presented. Our hosts were quiet, friendly and helpful. A delightful stay.”

“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“Stayed here while attending a wedding at Hoath House. It was marvelous. The dome had a lovely view, a hot tub, a bbq, and once we figured out how to use the bio furnace was toasty warm over what we’re two cold nights! Plus, the bed was so comfortable I will be emailing the owners to find out where I can buy the same mattress! Finally, my boyfriend is 2 meters tall (6’7) and he could stand up and fit comfortably - this is a huge win!!”

“This is a wonderful place to stay, most likely the best in the area! Julia is one of the loveliest, most hospitable people I've ever met and she goes above and beyond for her guests. My partner, our cat and I stayed here for 3 weeks due to a moving house mishap and Julia truly made us feel at home. I've never imagined I could feel so much at home at a hotel room, she was very supportive with everything we were going through and was a true friend. The rooms are lovely and immaculately clean, the location is great and there is only good things to be said about Rowan Park Lodge!”

“This Hammersmith Guest house is a real find. It has a lovely breakfast included and the staff are lovely. If you are looking for a B & B in Hammersmith (or a B & B near Hammersmith) I would 100% recommend. It is only a few minutes walk from tube and the Hammersmith Apollo. I stayed in the garden room located in their beautiful gardens, it was so lovely and quiet, a little bit of chilled out paradise in the centre of London! I have stayed in so many 5* hotels in London but now that I have found this gem of a guesthouse in Hammersmith I would never stay anywhere else. I just wish I had found it sooner.”

“A night at Gir Lion Lodge is a great experience.The accommodation is lovely and more than adequate.The hosts and hostesses are knowledgeable and charming. We enjoyed an excellent 2 course dinner and a hearty breakfast but best of all we had 3 tours of the zoo once it was closed to the public! One at sunset and one by torch light and the 3rd after breakfast.So exciting to be woken by rumbling lions and to be sleeping only a few feet away. I also learnt a lot about conservation - ZSL is doing a grand job!I had such an amazing time I can't wait to go back !”

“My daughter, son-in-law and I enjoyed the most fabulous house and property in Paros! Close enough to drive everywhere on the island, but removed so that we could have peace and quiet (and usually, our own private beach). The marble and details of the house are gorgeous, with many amenities and places to hang out and enjoy the incredible views. Jamie, Freddie and Rosie are great to work with, and connected us with the property that best met our needs. Roomy and comfortable enough for 6 people. I am already planning my next trip back to Greece, and will work with the Luxury Travel Group again.”

“I took my mother here for an afternoon dessert and a drink at their bar. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming and the food was amazing. We had a brief tour of the restaurant area and the hotel and the attention to detail displayed around the place is incredible. “My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”
