There was no hidden (surprise) cost end of the work and they were open for any kind of suggestion what we wanted to see in our final wardrobe. The detail plans for the wardrobe was well explained and readable (not just for professionals), they also introduced many material options to see what's the best in our interior scheme. One of the team, a man, helped me go get a hairdryer when I bumped into him on the stairs on my way to reaction, going out of his way to help. Right next to tube station. “For the price you pay i'ts a great place. Rooms may be a little small but it was fine for me. Very comfortable beds. There is always hot water in the shower and the employees and staff are always kind and nice and happy to help you. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, the center of London, a few minutes' walk from the tourist centers and restaurants of the city. Excellent location!!!!!!”

“I'm giving 5 stars for customer service only. Deepak was very helpful and patient. He gave information on all options available. However, the store itself was unbearably hot. No air conditioning!!! Trying to shop whilst sweating was an absolute nightmare. My sympathies to the staff who work there in those conditions. Who ever looks after the maintenance side of the store in Staples Corner should actually do something to improve the working environment for staff and shopping environment for customers. There are rules and regulations that need to be followed in order to maintain acceptable working conditions. Please see that staff and customers alike are comfortable and not clearly sweating and feeling drained.”

I couldn't help but notice the enormous amount of home furnishings they stock, so this is definitely the place to be if you're in the market for high quality secondhand furniture.”
