"Terrible quality divans. Bought one and within the year the divan had worn away and sunk down in the middle. Seems like it’s made of cardboard. Terrible customer service - between us we called 8 times, always a promise of a call back but never actually does. When I do get through - accused of jumping on the bed! Ridiculous. You’ve been warned."
