“My beloved Gucci Signature Horsebit Mules, purchased in 2007 at the Gucci Store on Sloane Street. Totally fell apart on the soles whilst i was at a Concert. To be fair i hadn't worn them in about 10yrs prior. I was devastated, i immediately took them back to Sloane Street Gucci Aftersales. I was holding on to a tiny bit of hope that my shoes could be saved. After they agreed to take them they sent them to Florence to the factory. Unfortunately i was contacted shortly saying that my shoes could not be repaired by Gucci as they no longer had the original parts to do the repair authentically. I refused to give up then i met the Magician INA i was following them on iG and saw the miracles she was doing. I had to get in touch, i sent her pics through whatsapp and then booked an appointment. When she physically saw how badly broken they were i dont think she was sure a repair was possible. But she said she'll do her best. After about 3 weeks she contacted me with pictures i literally was in tears. She rebuilt the whole soles again and they look as good as before. I would tell anyone who has any imposibble items torepair ro contact them. They are amazing honestly. I am.Very HAPPY I DID”

He was without a doubt brilliant to deal with. The bangle was beautifully wrapped and came with a wonderful keepsake gift card which we will always treasure. “I went here when it newly opened and it was so lovely. I got a Nutella crepe with strawberries after a bad day and it made me feel so much better. I've also just had some gelato delivered via deliveroo and I'm SO GLAD they have joined delivery services for the second lockdown. My mum is a huge fan of them and we'd much rather pay money to this lovely little independent shop than a chain like creams. I hope they can add some more hot chocolates too, seeing as they have such great ingredients I could see them making hot choc with choc bars and such. Keep it up guys, you're smashing it ♥”

“Jasleen has become more of a friend throughout the process of buying a dress form Sequinze. She is personable, polite, honest and genuinely amazing at what she does. Sequinze collection is the best I’ve seen, from elegant threadwork and hand embroidery, the attire is never tacky or too shiny. The colour palette is incredible and the quality speaks for itself. Due to COVID and wedding postponements, I finally received my dress, and I can say it was definitely worth the wait! I personally bought a dress that was for a pre-wedding event, however would recommend all brides to look in Sequinze for the wedding dress too! Jasleen was extremely understanding when I wanted to change the colour, the dupatta material and when I requested extra fabric for a headscarf. She provided a full service and everyone was amazed at the clothes!”

I asked their advice on the cut and if I should change things. Their honest opinion was very much needed. They advised me to keep the suit. They did not ask me to buy anything but gave an honest appraisal of my attire. They did advise me to buy new shoes which I did from Jones. Highly recommend (NB: I did pass the examinations).”
