I always have been happy with the result and professional advise given. The saloon has been recently redecorated, it looks very fashionable and cosy in the same time and has a friendly atmosphere. “Kelly walks our Cockapoo Maggie twice a week and has also provided overnight care for her when we have gone on holiday. We were initially very nervous to leave Maggie with anyone, but Kelly has always been incredibly professional and reassuring. We get video updates through the day and Kelly always tests the temperaments of new dogs before them joining the group walks. Kelly’s pricing is fair and transparent and she is as flexible as possible when it comes to pick up and drop off times etc. Maggie is always incredibly excited to see Kelly and I think that’s the best vote of confidence in her!”

Helena treats each project as if it’s her own, and the care and attention shines through. Issues are dealt with responsively and fixed well. Communication through the project was excellent. Additional advice is typically great, e.g. paint colours for walls. I’d recommend and use Helena and Zen again.”

We sent him a photo of what we wanted for our floral arrangement and the time and date it was needed, we paid and then honestly didn’t have to give it another thought! Exactly how we needed things to be during such a hard time. The arrangement was beautiful, delivered on time and as an added bonus, was quite a bit cheaper than we’d seen it elsewhere.
