“I had been looking for a long term rental in Central London and I saw an advertisement on SpareRoom that’s being advertised by the current tenant who will need to move out due to personal reasons. I had a physical viewing and liked the room and the price. The room is spacious and the communal area seems well maintained. As the room is managed by Cloud Rooms, I contacted the agency and was in contact with one of their staff, Arthur, very shortly. Cloud Rooms is also registered with schemes like Client Money Protection, Property Redress Scheme and Tenancy Deposit Scheme, so I feel safe dealing with them and paying them the money. The whole process from securing the room, verifying and checking my personal info, to signing the contract was completed in 2 days. Arthur made the whole process quick and easy, he was even willing to send me the documents very early in the morning. I received all receipts and safety certificates from him for the property I am renting shorty after the whole admin process has been completed. There is also an offer in rent if you are able to pay your total rent upfront. I have hopes that my stay with them will be as good as the services I’ve received so far.”

“I had a great stay at very good price. They are high quality managed apartments. All the staff were very helpful and polite. The place has been recently renovated to a high standard. For the location and price you would struggle to beat this place. I have stayed in many hotels in the area which are not as good quality as this. It was clean, well resourced, plugs in all the right places. Good TV and WiFi. It is difficult to find anything to improve!”

Tattoo artist and piercer both put everyone at ease, piercer talked us through the options and what jewellery they had available and she had two of us pierced and sorted within 5 mins, explaining aftercare and keeping us laughing throughout. Would definitely recommend for the atmosphere and customer service alone! Very happy with our piercings, both healing well.”

“We had a fabulous 1 week stay at the Ivy Lettings Burton St apartment. It is centrally located a few minutes walk from Warren St or Euston underground station and 15 minutes walk into central London and all the sights. There was plenty of space upstairs and downstairs, comfortable beds and clean functioning kitchen and bathroom. The listing description was accurate, but we were pleasantly surprised with the space and room inside. The Ivy Lettings team were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.”

“Stayed here with my partner and we would definitely come back. Amazing stay!! Both concierges we spoke to (one was Dahval) were incredibly helpful - gave great recommendations, advice and help with directions. Such comfortable beds!! Room was clean and so cozy, and location was amazing - near the tube, great bars and restaurants, and even a grocery store. So much amazing attention to detail - from full sized bath products, to tea and Nespresso, even milk in the fridge, and wonderful blackout drapes! Great stay!”

“If you haven't eaten at Sunrise Cafè in Romford Shopping Hall yet then you're missing out! I help run a social club in Romford and this lovely little cafe is several of our club members favourite eatery. A family run business serving traditional Filipino cuisine that is so tasty that no words do it justice, but we're confident that you won't be disappointed if you go try for yourselves. Check out some pics of some meals that our members have recently enjoyed. We strongly recommend the mixed breakfast (pictured first).”

“(This review is based on our experience at westferry pizza and not the hotel as a whole) My mate and I ordered the margherita and the diavolo with some garlic dip and an Aperol spritz. The servers / bartenders seemed really nice, especially the girl behind the bar. The pizzas (especially the diavolo) was fantastic! Quite spicy because of the nduja, but the garlic dip helped balance it out. Quite busy (quite a few families playing board games, etc). Would definitely go again for some pizza. Pizza prices were quite standard though not sure a garlic dip should really be £2.”

“I have a Leather 2 Seater (part of a suite) that I love but the seat cushion had seen better days. As the frame was sturdy and the Leather in good nick I contacted ROBINSONS who I knew of as they are local and well established. They did a great job replacing the cushion and some webbing all at a reasonable price and with a quick turnaround time. They even did a few other internal tweaks. I’m very happy indeed. Thanks!!”

“10/10 recommend— Renee is absolutely lovely, she was incredibly friendly and professional when showing me properties and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot and even on the weekends almost immediately after me emailing her. Every flat I saw with her was in immaculate condition— clean, well kept and looked exactly like the photos. Furthermore I did not feel any pressure to make a decision in terms of putting an offer and she was also happy to allow me to view the properties again before deciding. Amanda has now taken over in terms of managing the tenancy and she too has been great— like Renee, very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and ensured I was fully comfortable with everything before finalizing my tenancy agreement. “Great location, close to Stratford station as well as Stratford international. Close enough to East Village (restaurants, bars, cafes etc) while being slightly further away from the action. Very friendly concierge, decently equipped gym. Park in the centre of the development is public access with some playground equipment for children to play with. From my point of view, it is fairly quiet and I don’t really hear my neighbours or anything when the windows are closed but you do get some sounds from the road / hear neighbours if you are both outside, and the windows are open (no different from anywhere else in central London)”

“Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything necessary for a long stay. Room condition is great, new furniture, clean. Only frustration at checkin was the insistence that I show the credit card used to book the room. But it was a corporate centrally booked room, so I didn't have the card. My admin had to talk to them on the phone for 20 minutes to sort it out. A bizarre, mystifying waste of time for a corporate apartment company to foist on guests.”
