“I was at salon on Saturday awaiting patiently when negative review lady arrived. I was sitting waiting to have my hair done. So there was someone there and 2 people had just left. Therefore the hairdresser hadn’t had time to sweep up properly. Lady was apologised too and asked if she had time to wait. After saying yes she asked how long!!!! When advised 30 minutes she walked out muttering I’ve waited 3 weeks for a haircut. Obviously not true regarding her negative comment which says she’s been waiting a week..... I felt she was extremely rude and obnoxious..... And also there is no pay for parking in area for a Saturday ....... I feel this is totally unfair review I had a lovely appointment, and was happy to wait for my appointment.”

I had a gorgeous colour in shellac paint. The ladies were warm and professional, our nails look fab! We will be making this a more regular visit for sue. We hired the Kite Room as we could shut the door on the kids and be safe in the knowledge we were not in anyone's way and the kids would be safe. From start to finish Cala and her team were amazing, they helped tailor the canape menu to accommodate the young audience and were on hand throughout the day to help us. We often come here and it is good for all occasions so can highly recommend this place.”

“Smaller than its counterpart in Brixton, I actually prefer this store in Tooting. It doesn't have clothes but has an excellent furniture department from which we have ordered before. A nice haberdashery section and curtains (ready made and tailor made) which is invaluable and of excellent quality. The home and kitchenware sections are great (especially the latter). I also like the "Tooting" gift sets and items. They are lovely. Store is always clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. I love their seasonal collections and have often bought electrical items like iron, fans and blenders. All very good and quality assured.”

The music was a bit loud, but this didn't bother me as the music selections were tremendous. Everyone had a blast and there were no issues. Come on folks, it's a party!”

“I would rate Tour Designers with 5 stars, they were extremely helpful when we wanted to change our ticket at the last minute due to emergency circumstances. We had already checked in online, and didn’t know what to do, but when we called the emergency number at 4am they picked up within 2 rings, and the person on the other end gave us clear instructions as to what to do with the airline. Within less than 5 minutes, a gentleman called Aravind rang me and explained to me all the cheapest options to change the ticket, and shortly after we were able to change the ticket at the cheapest price. I must mention that the staff were very friendly, despite the call being placed in the early hours of the morning, and very patient, displaying excellent professionalism. I’d like to thank Tour Designers and their staff and totally recommend them to anyone who reads this.”
