"I’ve tried this place couple of times and they were fine! I booked an appointment for a Saturday one month ago, tried to contact them for five days to confirm but no one was picking up the phone.. I look online now and I’m surprised it’s written closed on a Saturday!! They could’ve given me a call if they wanted to cancel my appointment! I’m very disappointed."

"This has been running on my mind for a while and I felt this was the perfect time to express myself. I entered this salon after desperately looking to do my nails. This was a LAST resort as the signage is very univiting to those who can not understand the language of the signage but I thought I'd chance it. I came in and the female nail tech gave me a "what are you doing here or looking for" kind of look and despite the nail technician almost finishing the current client that she was working on. I asked "sorry, are you able to do my nails" and she claimed to be "fully booked". The reason I need this was discrimination was because this woman had just opened her shop at that time and when I saw her, she would be sitting alone on her phone. She didn't say "come back tomorrow or try another time". The tone was very off and I know it's because my appearance was unfamiliar to her "usual" clients. In the end, it was her loss of clientele but businesses like this should be exploited because this covert discrimination has been going on far too long and people seem to get away with these uncalled for behaviours. Please educate yourselves on the amount that the "other" contributes towards the UK economy and perhaps your mindset might change for the better. It's 2020! It's time to educate yourselves and stop being small minded."

"My daughter and I came for some pamper time together.we had our nails done by the lovely Martyna. My daughter had colour changing paint which was very cool and a touch of glitter too! I had a gorgeous colour in shellac paint. The ladies were warm and professional, our nails look fab! We will be making this a more regular visit for sue. I highly recommend this lovely little nail salon."
