“Excellent cafe I had the pancakes breakfast number 1 that came with pancakes bacon sausage hashbrowns scrambled egg and toast all beautifully cooked and super tasty. The cafe itself is very clean and tidy with very friendly helpfull staff. The menu is stacked with all foods from super health to super treats and also great milkshakes and beverages.”

“Navratna hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for a close family member. They were very generous in accommodating us on a Monday (when they are usually closed). We were given the entire restaurant and facilitated early entry allowing us to decorate and re-arrange the seating. Food was lovely as always and well presented despite the larger number of guests. The chef and staff were very attentive and polite throughout and served with humility. Navratna provided a memorable evening and we are very thankful for their hospitality. Highly recommended.”

“My eldest has wanted to go here for quite some time. The childrens pizza was bigger than expected, about the same size as a normal pizza, so great value for money. I had the bbq crunch chicken wings too and they were delicious. The Oreo milkshake was very good. Staff very friendly and patient.”

The Thai Elephant management should be proud of the staff, as Chinese/Thai restaurants are notorious for an impersonal robotic service, however your staff are amiable, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable (while not being overbearing), and maintaining a professional distance. “Lovley stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent location, right in a shopping centre surrounded with places to eat. Parking free which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and even left a balloon and sweets in the room when they found out it was my daughter 6th birthday!”

“I ordered food from Pizza 2 Night and the customer service was better than I have seen at some high-end London restaurant. The owner of the shop was very kind and I received my food warm and fresh. I ordered the pizza with stuffed cheesy crust and it was very tasty. My younger brother loved the chocolate cake. We definitely be ordering more from here. “Fantastic food, excellent and prompt service, polite staff and at a reasonable price. This is a great restraunt, and I highly encourage you to go. They were also very understanding of dietary restrictions, and made an excellent vegan pizza for me. The place is certainly child friendly, has what looks like easy access for wheelchairs, and a couple of parking spots outside, though they're not reserved for customers. My only complaint is that I like my pizzas a little more crisp, but I'm sure they would have obliged if I had only told them that.”

“Really wonderful and authentic Thai food in a very unassuming setting. I love how everything is homemade, dim sum, gyzoa etc. It's BYOB which we didn't know but the newsagent across the road is perfect for this. The Massaman curry is the best I've tasted in the UK so definitely order this. If I had one positive criticism it would be they are far too busy with online orders and take aways (presumably as the food is soooo good) that service if you dine in can suffer on a busy Friday or Sat night. But the food is worth the wait!”

They offer exceptional customer service from start to finish. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. They understand the importance of customer satisfaction and always deliver to a high degree. I can tell this restaurant will continue to be a success because they are consistent in their service, which has led me to bring many of my friends and family there. The food is also 10 out of 10! The quality is excellent and they are also fast and efficient when serving. Everyone I have invited to this restaurant have also testified about the awesome experience that they have had!
