“What a beautiful experience, from start to finish me and my family were treated less like customers and more like... Family. The excellent service was complimented by authentic and delicious Italian food. There were a couple of order miscommunications, but they were resolved quickly and comfortably. Whilst it was a little noisy at first, this was quickly drowned out by a beautiful musical performance from a solo artist creating a unique experience I didn't think could be found in Brentwood. 3 courses with drinks for just £30ish per head for a group of 5, I can't wait to come back. “Lovely pub restaurant. Cosy bar at the front with fires to make it extra cosy. We went to the rear dining room with views of the garden, and it was delightful the watching the birds, the squirrels and the fallow deer visiting the garden. Nice choice of traditional British favourites. I had beef and Guinness pudding which was tasty and also light, perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“If you are looking for an indian restaurant look no further as Ginger Spice is clearly the best. Decorated beautifully with a large comfortable bar area to relax whilst having pre dinner drinks.The waiters are so friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The food was all lovely. The flavours of the spices with the beautiful presentation made every mouthful wonderful. It was a totally different experience for me as I normally choose a sauce based curry but I decided to opt for fish and king prawns and it was so fully of flavour and the fish remained delicate. My husband chose the salmon main and the spice added to a lovely salmon fillet. We were not rushed and had a great interaction with the waiters. They made sure all 10 of us were served together by using a restuarent dessert trolley to bring all of our dishes at once. The only disappointment was another unnecessarily noisy table of 10 next to us which made conversation difficult whilst they were at their table. But that unfortunately happens sometimes nowadays. The main restuarent was much quieter with curved booth setting to give more privacy which is ideal for smaller groups. I can recommend with confidence.”

“This is 1 of the best pizza’s I have had the pleasure of eating. All topping were fresh and the pizza was not oily/greasy like some of the high Street chains. Great friendly staff, polite and professional. Great selection on the menu from starters to main to deserts and even drinks. Looked online and had some very good deals on offer. From a first time customer to a regular customer, I feel Crust Shenfield has more to offer in quality and freshness. Value for money.”

“Had a fantastic brunch here Highly Recommended!! The staff were welcoming and happy to help despite a very busy and chaotic service, they made you feel nothing was too much trouble. Although ridiculously busy all the staff were more than happy to accommodate our endless drink requests. The food was to a high standard, I would be happy bring my boss, my mum, or my friends here. “Under new Ownership and Despite other negative reviews I have only ever experienced very friendly customer service. I usually collect as live close by but the guys knowing I could not get out due to my son being asleep were willing to deliver using there collection only offer which was a lovely gesture. We usually go for the thin based Pizzas and they are really good. Nice balance between dough, sauce and toppings, not too heavy. Overall this is a fantastic value pizza.”
