The service is second to none: queries are dealt with the same day, he uses clear language a layman can understand and he always willing to talk things through on the phone when needed. The service includes two face-to-face meetings a year, one full written review and a six month valuation report. “Modern and welcoming house with all the essentials, lots of indoor activities next door to property like rock climbing, trampolining, fitness sessions. Shops are 5 mins walk away costa, b&m, tkmax, lidl, burger king, kfc, McDonalds, star bucks. A place that you can confidently recommend to friends and family”

“Great location for Emirates Stadium with easy access to many areas of Central London via a short walk to Finsbury Park Station. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well equipped with a small kitchen in each. Service is very personal and super helpful without being intrusive in any way.”

“Amazing value for money when it comes to find a room for a short trip to London. Situated close to everything you might need (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tube station, big railway station) and surrounded by little parks and historical sites. The rooms are small, but offer exactly what you need. Bathrooms were clean (had a room with shared bathroom) and well maintained and what stood out especially was the breakfast which was included in my stay. Big selection of traditional English breakfast including veggie sausages and varying egg dishes, it is definitely a leap up from what is offered at many of the cheap hostels all over town. Be aware though that breakfast is served relatively early - but if you plan to go on tours every day anyways, that shouldn’t be a big problem. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would most certainly recommend it - to the right people who do not need lots of luxury, but want an affordable yet high quality place to spend their nights. For the price they charge this is by far the best central-London accommodation I have heard of so far.”

“I had a pleasant stay at Citadines Covent garden for more than 1 month. The staff are courtesy & helpful. They situated me in a room away from noise from the streets & the daily visitor traffic. The amenities were enough to make my stay comfortable. The location is just a few minutes walk to the HOLborn stations, easy access to & from the airport. Walking distance to the British museum, SOHO, Covent garden. Would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to London!”

“Hired these guys in to pick up a container from my brother's Yard and take it to mine. Absolute respect to the driver/crane operator lifted 40 foot box out of an impossible situation, obstacles including power lines, trees and a barn of which he made look easy even though it obviously wasn't! “I pre-booked one of the apartments a while ago to accommodate my family visiting from abroad. Overall, very good experience, great value for money considering how easy it is to get to all central London attractions. The loft/attic apartment was very clean, quiet with well-equipped kitchenette. A special thank you to two lovely receptionists for assisting with all my enquiries. Small suggestion for improvement – the staircase carpet will benefit from some deep clean. This will definitely improve the first impression when coming in.”

“Dee’s place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to local amenities. Her place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Dee was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.”

The apartments are modern, well furnished are ideally located just steps away from Hemel Hempstead Old Town so plenty of good restaurants and cafes to choose from. Would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend.”

“Close to town with everything you need nearby. Apartment is quiet and looks nice, we really love it here - The only problem with living here is that the flats seem to use a ceiling heated system which can be really expensive! Our monthly electricity bill comes out at £300 a month with EDF and were quoted the same with other suppliers.”
