Caesars Palace Cafe
“I come here nearly everyday and always enjoy my meals. The customer service is 10/10. Highly recommend this gem in Wanstead high street. :)”
The Albert Arms, Esher
“Just popped in for a quick pint. I really liked the decor and ambiance in this pub. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area.”
The White Horse
“There’s a lot to like In normal times, the pubs around Wembley stadium are perpetually heaving; the area’s a tourist destination behind is Wembley national stadium and opposite is Wembley Arena and Brent Council Office You can imagine during event days this place gets busy but I visited the place on non event day got served quickly at the bar was moderatly busy as one section of the place was hired for a private event bartenders and warm, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The White Horse has a sophisticated and modern take on a classic English pub with few normal sitting leather padded chairs and high sitting chairs ..I sat next to the coffee bar on a high end chair opposite the kitchen area where the staff was chucking away the glass bottles trying to make as much noice as possible of bottle breaking in the recycle bin Coat is classic pub price with wide range of bar snacks to select from. Definitely recommend to try it out as I will be going again to try some mains options and update the review”
The Holly Bush, Hampstead
“This really is a busy pub if you wish to dine. Especially popular with the locals. There is so much history here and being listed as a Grade 2 building. You need to make bookings to avoid being turned away from their doors. Food is good and service reasonable. Food 8/10, ambience 8.5/10, service 8/10, value for money 8/10. Quite a hidden gem!”
The Great Northern Railway Tavern, N8
“My husband and I celebrated our marriage at the pub in June, and the venue and everyone who works there were amazing! We wanted to say a huge thank you for such a great evening. They were very communicative, helped us plan the day, set up the beautiful room upstairs, provided great food and drink, and were a joy to have share our special day with!”
The Brookmill
“Great pub for food and drinks, great staff. Lost my wallet and held onto it for me for a couple of days while I was searching for it. Also lovely big outside garden area.”
The Olde Swan Hotel
“Eat here often, walking distance. Phil and his staff are always lovely. On this occasion we were celebrating my son's 30th birthday, and we were able to use the marquee and not disturb the rest of the pub. Food amazing as always.”
Hanush Lebanese Charcoal Grill
“Very tasty food and friendly staffs. Our favourite is the chicken shawarma wrap.”
Zaytoon Grill
“So glad we took a chance on this place. Good burger and well-seasoned peri peri chips, but the highlight was the banana shake! Freshly made, perfect consistency, will definitely be back. Quick service as well.”
The Squirrel Inn
“Nice little dog friendly pub located just off the A3. It serves as a hotel with dining area. The area is bright and clean with cream carpets and fresh crisp towel napkins. Wine glasses on the tables were spotless and so was the cutlery showing they care about presentation and attention to detail. Overall, a very clean venue. We sat in the pub area which is smaller but there’s enough tables. Odd set up that you need to give your full name and contact number but that may be because of the hotel aspect. Cute little bar area. Traditionally we always order fish and chips to gauge a new venue. I believe a place can be judged on this staple dish. It did not disappoint. The portions were not too big or too small. The batter was crispy, not too oily and tasty. The cod flakes chunky. The chips were tasty too and crispy. Tartare sauce was good and they even gave us complimentary garlic bread with pesto dips for starters which was very tasty. My only criticism [minor one] was the chips and batter were slightly dark but not burnt suggesting possibly the fryer oil might need changing. It didn’t affect the taste to be fair. [This is my only criticism and a minor one at that]. We will be going back to sample the other dishes. The service was good. Staff were polite and attentive. The car park is nice and spacious. Outdoor seating area which is covered with roof and plastic sides for the winter months. The dog friendly touch made it the perfect spot to refuel in between walks.”
itsu
“My favorite Japanese chain in London for having sushi or noodles during work time. It is quick to buy, you do not have to wait and you could buy to go! Amazing service. The veggie coconut soup is delicious!!”
Kokoro Maidstone
“Excellent food, good vegan options as well as meat/fish, full of flavour and so reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and efficient. The premises is small and more suited to take away although there is some space to eat in if required. I will, definitely be returning and suggest you call in too!!”
Pizza Express
“'It was great!' - from our 6 year old who said that he would give Pizza Express 5 stars in the car on our way home. Good gluten free and vegan options. Kids menu was good too - 3 courses for a very reasonable price. Child was given a mat of activities when we arrived which kept him occupied.”
The Old Crown
“For those who want that poorly lit, comfortable, homey bar feeling. This is it. Doesn’t try to be sophisticated and doesn’t need to be. Just a relaxing atmosphere with a solid drink selection and quality made bar food.”
Bombay Social
“Amazing Indian food tonight after meeting the brilliant Bitzu (who works there) outside. He invited me in and had an amazing meal at the bar. The barman Tuzo supplied the drinks, great barman, much in his element. A sphere full place to eat out. Much recommended.”
George & Dragon
“New landlord and small changes have made a big difference to this village pub. Had Sunday lunch and the food and service was outstanding. Outdoor space is refreshed and much improved. Table service is fast and efficient. Food and drinks were priced above other local pubs but I think it’s worth it.”
Osteria Del Portico
“Authentic Italian Osteria in Ealing. Very friendly staff and delicious food, for the night we moved to Italy with delicious pasta , meat and wine. Panacota desert was amazing”

“Lovely food and good value. Amazing service as everything was done perfectly to our request. Quick food and very friendly server. We had 2 Burritos and Tacos, delicious!!! Will definitely return. Thank you for a great Mexican dinner!”
Lord Roberts on the Green
“I had brunch with my friend at Lord Roberts. And I throughly enjoyed my time and my meal there. Service is polite and humble. I had Egg Royale with Chai Latte. And my friend had Cream Cheese Bagel with Cappucino. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. I would highly recommend this place.”
Adchaya
“Super tasty chicken kothu and milk hopper for less than a tenner. It doesn't get much better than that for me. You can tell from the number of people who are ordering or picking up while you wait for the food that it's a good place with return customers. These dishes tasted exactly like the ones we had off the street vendors in Sri Lanka. So good!”
Beirut Canteen
“I’ve been going quite frequently to Beirut over the last year. This is the best falafel halloumi you could possibly imagine to have. Or at least I ever had and I did try many places. The head chef is such a nice human being and always makes sure me and my partner feel at home. Thank you!”
Mak Grillz
“A friend took me here promising the biggest burgers in East London, and it turned out a great dinner. Mine was a huge burger, with amazing toppings and very fresh ingredients. Generous portions and friendly staff. It does get busy so go early to get a table.”

Taj
“The restaurant is quiet and cozy, and the meal was homely and generous. We ordered chicken Tikka biryani and shashlik chicken with mushroom rice. We got fresh complementary raita and plates were around 10£. Prime spot, will come back again.”
Red Chilli
“Where should I start. Once we arrived, we felt like home. The stuff treated us with such a respect, they were smiling all the time and they were very kind. We ordered chicken tikka masala, chicken korma and chicken nuggets. Let me say it was the best meal I've ever had. Passion coctail drink tasted delicious too. I really recommend this place to everyone. Hope to come back again soon.”
