"Disappointing service, and rushed for time. - Bad service, poor management, the food was ok though. Don't go there Booked my sons birthday meal there with family, only on arrival did they mention it was a 2 hour time slot, never before. A couple of the family turned up a little late, but the service took forever at least an hour since ordering the food, the table next to us came and ordered and got there food after half an hour, I asked them where is the food and they said cos its a big table, which was ridiculous all it was just burgers and chips how hard can that be. Then when it did come, they were all split up waiting about 5 minutes between bringing a couple at a time so its not like we were all getting the food at the same time for a big table we didn't. Then about 15 mins later one of the special sauces came out for the food but they had almost finished it by then. They never cleared the plates for us to do the cake and candles, they said the next people for the table arrived and were hurrying us out of there. I told the waiter he just made excuses said the pink hair lady is the manager but she didn't help at all. Bad service, poor management, the food was ok though"
"Really nice meal. The ribs were excellent others had sea bass, steak and mac n cheese. Everyone's plate was cleared. Biscoff cheese cake finished off the night. The staff were buzzing around constantly keeping everyone happy. I hope the owners are grateful to the team they have working there. Very hard working and always smiling"
