“Navratna hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for a close family member. They were very generous in accommodating us on a Monday (when they are usually closed). We were given the entire restaurant and facilitated early entry allowing us to decorate and re-arrange the seating. Food was lovely as always and well presented despite the larger number of guests. The chef and staff were very attentive and polite throughout and served with humility. Navratna provided a memorable evening and we are very thankful for their hospitality. Highly recommended.”

“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“This hotel is the same as every premier Inn, comfy clean well appointed. What sets it apart is the location, right opposite Wembley stadium and very central to the train stations. The restaurant served great food and breakfast was good too, strangely not very busy even tho the hotel was full. We were on the 11th floor but there were plenty of lifts to take us up sadly we had a view of the holiday Inn and the premier plus rooms had the good views over the stadium, didn't change our mind tho as we didn't stay for the view but the convenience of location. You can leave your bags here too which is a big bonus. Great staff as always.”

“We stayed here for 9 nights in July and it exceeded all of our expectations! We had low expectations because we were looking for a budget friendly place. There are aspects that definitely felt low budget, but that's expected with a budget inn. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff was so lovely and patient with my young kids. The inn was quiet and clean. It's right by Tesco and Sainsbury, and also near several bus stops, so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We had breakfast there one day and it was hot and delicious! I would definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Paul & Jo.”

“What a beautiful hotel! Just 2 minutes away from Tower Hill tube station and few bus stations nearby that we mostly used. Clean, tidy, with amazing stuff , a good restaurant, complimentary water , tea and coffee. An amazing place and we definitely come back again! Loved it !”

Staff are all very pleasant and friendly especially Staff member Sam who took my order on the front counter who was very polite, hard working and gave me excellent customer service. “Lovely Italian food! The staff is great, the food is delicious and it's really affordable! There are limited tables though so booking a table is advised. I really recommend going here if you are in Park Plaza Royal since it is so close by.”

“I am a regular customer here! I always order sriracha salmon poke through deliveroo. Whenever I order, they always have a good quality of food with big portion! It is so delicious and I love it! My favorite and best poke in my life! And eventhough I've never actually been to this shop in person, I love that they treat me as regular customer. I always ask for loyalty card when I order on deliveroo. One day they gave me a full stamped card! “We went on a Thursday evening restaurant was fairly busy with a nice atmosphere very buzzy local restaurant with chilled background music and nice low lighting with candles on the tables…. The mixed starter we had was exceptionally good and the wait between starter to mains was 20/25 minutes actually nice to have a chat in between and you could tell everything was cooked fresh instead of when it comes out in 5mins from the microwave in some other places we have been too. We had the salt&pepper squid the best I’ve tasted and the mossaman beef really delicious and tender the coconut rice was a large portion and the tempura cod with mild chilli and onion omg. We had so much food that we took home a doggy bag which we enjoyed again the next day. Overall a lovely local restaurant good traditional Thai food and good value we love this place.”
