“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.”

“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

“Get your vehicle MOT test done here, highly recommended. Hounslow Council's fleet management team don't carry out repairs, they are only concerned whether your vehicle is road worthy, so there is no vested interest in failing you like most garages do. Tests are completed within an hour and there is also a cafe onsite where you can grab a coffee or fry-up.”

I live in TW4 and did not this company is also based in TW4, will be using them frequently now for school drop and shopping. I have been using Apps but had bit funny experience including Uber driver asking for my number and flirting, i've decided not to use any Apps from now”

“I had a 12 hour layover at Heathrow and was looking for a reasonable hotel for day use close to the airport. This hotel totally fit the bill. The room was definitely basic, but for what I wanted it was great. Very close to the airport, convenient on the Hoppa or public transit buses. The room was very clean, comfy bed, a small desk to work on, good sized TV, good shower with plenty of hot water, very quiet even though the planes fly directly overhead, I couldn't hear them at all and was able to sleep for a few hours. Only one type of shampoo/soap and no other products, no hair dryer, but does have an electric kettle and fixings for coffee and tea. In short , way better than hanging out at the airport and all for under $50, which compared to other places I saw online is a true bargain. You can check in at 10:00 and check out at 18:00. The staff at reception was super helpful guiding me on transportation back to the airport.”

“5 star, always been a good experience here ! Receptionist was lovely on the phone and I got an appointment really fast, very happy with the in house service too. My nurse was very friendly and one of the best I’ve had and I’ve been to a few different sexual health clinics. Everything went smoothly. Definitely don’t understand the bad reviews. My time there was very good. Overall happy with it.”
