“I would absolutely recommend Longcroft to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their cat while they are away. Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!”

“Very good food, good services, there is a gas station and food store very close to the location (3min walk). There is a bus station, but there is no Underground or train station. The location is right next to the motorway. The hotel does not have any playground, so it is quite boring for kids. Excelent breakfast buffet!”

We ended up going back two weeks later to buy a new baby dragon because of how easy they made everything to set up & all the care & advice they gave us. “Brady in the bar restaurant went above and beyond. It was extremely busy so the waiters were fully engaged for a lot of the time. Brady was serving behind the bar. he saw people in the bar area were waiting for refills of drinks. He stepped up and provide a very smooth service in collecting used cups and replacing with new order. Excellent service!”

“Poppy always looks the part after Shampooch. We tried several groomers when got her but never as good as Shampooch. Here you explain what you want and that is what you get. My dog gets lots of compliments about her look and I am only happy to recommend Shampooch.”
