Tongdak (Korean Chicken)
“This is one of the best Korean Fried Chicken I had in UK!!! I ordered half half - Original and Soya garlic and it was amazing!! Original was very crispy and soya garlic was very addictive and authentic. The chicken quality was very good and juicy. The radish pickle was also very good. They made it freshly so it is definitely worth waiting especially during busy times.”
Azit Korean Restaurant 아지트
“It's a nice small Korean restaurant. Not the best at dealing with vegetarians. Has a good local energy with very good lunch time deals! Unbelievable communication system installed to streamline guest to server experience. Lovely decor, with passionate staff!”
Korean Nak Won Foods
“Buffet food for 65 people at £15 per person. I had a delicious meal on Saturday and Sunday. Gimbap for 70 servings. I really really can't forget it. Thank you”
Mii Asian Kitchen
“Love this place... Great food and great portions however not to cheap. It has amazing food like pho and spring rolls that are just amazing. Also, the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.”
KumKangKorean Restaurant
“This Korean and Japanese restaurant is hidden at the back of the Seoul Plaza 2 shop by New Malden Fountain Roundabout, behind a sliding door. They serve Korean and Japanese food, though we weren't able to have sushi because the sushi chef wasn't there yet (so I assume a different chef for Korean food and different for Japanese food). Delicious well-seasoned food, good portions and very nice peaceful place. We called their mobile number to reserve a table for Sunday lunchtime but when we arrived it was very quiet with only one other table eating there. They do takeaways but don't have any printed takeaway menus, it's just whatever you like from the "full" eat-in menu. Will definitely be back!”
You Me Restaurant
“lovely korean dishes thoroughly enjoyed the ox bone soup which was delicious- highly recommend this restaurant and staff were so polite. Will definitely be back!”
Seoul Matjib 서울맛집
“Best korean restaurant I have ever been. Everything was fresh, tasty and authentic. ❤️”
Cake & Bingsoo Cafe
“I have been here many times and each time the shaved ice and matcha lattee is consistently great. I've tried many bingsoos in UK and around Europe and this is one of the best if not the best. Good selection of flavours though they do sometimes run out of some flavours and they have a strict no flexible time of closing off the bingsoo machine at 8:30pm despite closing at 9pm.”
Seoul Plaza
“Lovely store with very kind staff, good selection of drinks imported from korea”
K-Town BBQ
“Amazing Korean barbecue restaurant. Buffet with good variety of food. The meat is very tasty, liked the seasoning. Good quality-price. There is a quite big awaiting time in here, as is so popular restaurant, so allow plenty of time and while you waiting for your table, just have a drink in the pub next door. Quite good pub as well, exactly.”
Seoul Plaza
“Yummy rice cake. Nice corn and corn silk tea. Japanese green rea powder was useful to make green tea moon cakes for us. Nice big Avocado and fresh Chinese leaves. Nice cooking ingredients. A lots of interesting Asian snacks even some are vegan and gluten free.”
Kangnam
“After trying out all Korean restaurants in New Malden, this is probably my favourite. Great variety of Korean dishes that are made so well and fast and friendly service. The price has gone up by a lot but I guess it’s because of the Food cost increase in general…”
Sorabol Restaurant
“Amazing food, it was my first time here and I would definitely recommend it. I wasn’t feeling so well, so I decided to get the soft tofu jigae and it definitely hit the spot ! With other dishes on the side. The staffs was also friendly and welcoming. :)”
Ha Ru
“Good food! I recommend the seating area in the back. Friendly waiter and was able to make all the dishes I wanted vegetarian! Thanks!”
Han Bar Restaurant & Karaoke
“Amazing. Had my 50th here with a group of friends. Karaoke is fun, limited list but great rooms and superb service. The food is amazing and we had a great time. I will definitely come back. Aimee and the team were brilliant. Thank you.”
KJ Restaurant
“Love the Gganpunggi! So juicy and tender. Not too spicy, nor too sweet. LA galbi is on the chewy side, samgyeopsal is good with lettuce and ssamjang. Minimum 2 portions for table top BBQ. Charcoal is used, which is a big plus. Staff are friendly, toilets are clean, tap water is available (as required by law), not too expensive, service charge added to final bill”
