Great bonus to be able to bring our own drinks, because you know you can bring your favourite drinks, instead of what they used to have on offer. Well done chef great food and service.”

“This was my favourite place to stay on our holiday to the UK. So much so that I came back for the last two nights, in order to prepare for the long flight home. Friendly, happy staff who run a clean and homely place to stay. Walking distance to anything one could possibly need, with Beckenham being one of the more relaxed towns that I visited. I couldn't have asked for more, I hope that one day I'll return.”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

“I had the most amazing lunch here. Food was great. Was served by an AMAZING young man who sadly doesn't normally work at that branch. Drinks were awesome and our waiter was happy to make menu adjustments for me. I have already booked to return with my mother and son!”

“I can't speak highly enough of Ladybird and their lovely staff. Our son was in the caterpillar room (for 6 months to 2 year-olds) through a very tumultuous 2020, and they were brilliant. He took a while to settle but the staff were always so caring, to him and us. They'd often call to let us know if he'd had a difficult time at drop-off, which was a big relief. He developed so much whilst there, and you could tell how much he loved his carers, and his new friends. As a new-ish parent, sending your little one away to spend all day with strangers is daunting, but you couldn't be in better hands with Ladybird. They became like an extended family, and we were so sad to leave when we moved house. We'll miss you all!”

“Absolutely amazing dentist. We travel a distance to see our dentist because he is by far the best dentist out there. Great with all ages always so friendly and welcoming - part of the family. My daughter is very calm and relaxed with him as he puts her at ease with what he is going to do. Usually she has very bad anxiety. Hard to find a good dentist. But when you do you have to hold on close to them. Bit like a good hairdresser. Highly recommend this dental surgery.”
