“Really lovely salon - everyone is very knowledgeable- I went in at first to get some advice on shampoo, then came back for a balayage refresh service (something I’ve never seen in other salons before, but a really great service!). Prices are so reasonable especially given the quality of work. I saw Mollie, who helped fix a very bad balayage job I had done at a different salon, and I’m so happy with the results - I will definitely return for a full balayage service when I need one!”

“This salon is absolutely fantastic! I have never been to a salon where the hairdressers put in so much effort to really understand what I want. They took the time to look at the photos I had and to speak to me. As I was getting a balayage, I was at the salon for a few hours and witnessed the expectational service that was faultless throughout the day, despite the amount of customers and the uncomfortable heat. Throughout the progress, my hairdresser explained each step and took her time to execute my balayage to perfection. Afterwards, I decided that I would like my balayage to be darker and they were more than happy to do this the next day. Once again, they took the time to show me different shades and to understand what I wanted. Every hairdresser who works here is incredibly kind, hardworking and talented. The Stylers Bromley deserve far more five star reviews. I find it difficult to believe any of the negative reviews due to my own experience and the comments of other customers. I love my balayage and I look forward to my next appointment. I can not recommend this salon enough!”

“I popped in for a hair consultation with my 3 children (1 in a pushchair) in to, and I was happily assisted with carrying the buggy in and out of the salon which made me feel at ease. I felt that I was heard and understood when I explained the problems I was having with my hair. Staff appeared very experienced about hair and I can wait to go for my appointment which I opted to book online. Their pricing is clear online and there is the option to pay a deposit or for everything online which is really good and means you don't have to wait around after your hair is done. August is already booked up so will need to wait a little while longer for my appointment. Thank you Anastasia and to your staff.”
