The owners were very nice and friendly, the bubble tea was delicious too, there are other fizzy drinks too for the gamers. “Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!). “Such a handy coffee shop. Doesn't look that special from the outside but very tasty food - paninis, baguettes, jacket potatoes etc. Also delicious baklava as well as freshly baked pastries & bread and a few other things like eggs & flour. Also really friendly owner so I'd recommend this place.”

“I was recently searching for a quiet and cosy coffee shop to study in and came across this one. It did not disappoint. The lovely barista (Jazz) has offered great service both times I have been there. I am definitely going to be a regular from now. Today she was so sweet and even let me stay an extra 15 minutes after closing time after I told her I have a very important zoom meeting that I could not miss. Coffee is amazing, best vanilla lattes in Kingston, and the selection of pastries does not disappoint. Highly recommend! ;)”

“The best butchers in the area. Meat and poultry fresh and chopped exactly how you want. The owners are very humble and polite. Best part they accept card/contactless payment, minimum £5 spend. You can also find various spices fruits and veg here. Overall a Gem and hassle free service.”

“Great shop. Lots of unusual Scandinavian artefacts for kitchen, food stuff, gifts. Split into 2 floors, with lift, you can shop with confidence. Find that something special to give. I found it to be a bit pricey, but it is a specialist shop.”

“We had a great experience shopping here a few days ago. We were greeted by the lovely old white man who seemed to help people with where they needed to go. It reminded me of Harrods and the level of his service definitely matched that Harrods standard. He helped us probably 3 times in our time there and was really knowledgeable of the departments. He was so friendly and made our experience really nice. I had no idea John Lewis had this service as it definitely made a difference to our shop that day. Thank you to the lovely man for approaching us so nicely and helping us with directions.”
