“Great little cafe! A real hidden gem in Pinner....The owner is nice and friendly. He does a very delicious home made lentil soup which I always go for nearly every day!! All his other food that he serves is very tasty as well, the Turkish omelette, he does lovely jacket potatoes as well as good English fry up!! The prices are very reasonable and quality of food is excellent! Make sure you get there early as it gets very busy especially at lunchtimes...Would highly recommend!”

Slightly more expensive than other local sri lankan restaurants but the place is more upmarket and the decor lovely. Our waiter was friendly and really knowledgeable. “We visited Matsya for the first time and really enjoyed our visit. The food we ordered was delicious we had the cheese fondue and a dessert both were very nice indeed. We will definitely be returning to try other dishes on the menu which is very fusion and provides variety for many people. The Raheb especially was a very large portion, and for £8.50 can feed 2, if not 3 people. Both meals came with decent dressed salad (pickles, and common veg) and thin pitta bread.”

“Ordered from here last night for Eid for the first time, was a big order, multiple pizzas ( 4 Margaritas and 4 with chicken, olives and sweet corn ) and garlic bread, and the food was fantastic! Usually opt for a known branch like Dominos, but my brother insisted I go here and don’t think I’ll look back! Honestly everyone absolutely loved the food and I cannot recommend this enough.”

“This is a friendly, affordable hotel near a line of surprisingly good shops and within walking distance of the tube. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were really helpful, especially the blonde woman at reception who was efficient and so accommodating. The only downside for me is that there are no sockets at the bedside table to allow you to charge a phone while catching up on messages but I have found this in very high end hotels too. I would certainly use this hotel again.”
