"Absolutely dreadful service. Confirmed our order 3 times on the phone. Arrived with one item missing. Hugely incompetent lady responded saying she'd put the item on another person's order. Agreed to wait for replacement. They sent it to the wrong house. We ended up with the double-delayed item arriving well over an hour from when we ordered it. No concept of customer service or business sense. We've been using them for 15 years, and i warned her they'd lose a loyal customer. She didn't care."

"I wanted sweet and sour chicken but as its monday my regular places were closed so I tried this place for the first time. The rice was decent as was the sauce of the sweet and sour but the pieces of chicken were ineddible and mainly battter. The worst sweet and sour I ever had. When I called up to complain the response was we have never had any complaints. I was craving this dish so much that i ignored the review below mine!"

"Poor quality food, chicken balls were obviously not cooked fresh, and were just reheated and hard to a crisp. If you want a Chinese, do yourself a favor and try elsewhere. I done this review half way through eating my food, and I'm not someone to ever write bad reviews - that says something."
