“Tuesday and Thursday morning sessions are brilliant! My kids love it. Amazing facilities staff are kind, attentive and professional. There is a huge outdoor filled with everything you could want and a great indoor space for arts crafts kitchens etc. Probably suitable from 1-4”

“Popped in to book a trip to Thailand, which we are currently on. Got fantastic service from Jess Nicholls. We landed up booking a different hotel to what we initially had wanted as it was full, but the option she got for us really worked in our favour as it was a linger time at a lesser price, and not downgrading on quality at all. There was constant and prompt communication regarding the trip. I am truly happy that I walked into Flight Centre in Richmond when I did, and I will most definitely book further trips with them.”

The kids menu was very good, plenty of options to cater for simpler and more adventurous tastes. The triple cooked chips, these days almost a pub cliché, are worthy of a special mention! Clean plates all around. What more can you ask for?”

“Kids will love Jump Street! Trampolines, Clip and Climb and soft play. There's something for everyone. You can get blocks of an hour in whichever you like or do a combo. Would highly recommend it. Parking can be a challenge at peak and booking is recommended”

“Beautifully cool and clean outdoor pool. Well maintained and staffed with 2 lifeguards. You can change outside or use the indoor rooms, and there's a cafe inside for afterwards. Numbers are limited so you'll need to book well in advance by setting up an online account for each person, and there is a waiting list function for full sessions. Public sessions offer 3 lanes (slow, med, fast) and capacity is per lane. Despite the hassle of setting up an account and the somewhat curt receptionist, the swimming experience is very relaxed. Highly recommended on a hot day - but book a week ahead.”
