“Very impressed with the quality and workmanship demonstrated by Chetan @the cabinet maker. Chetan had to work with a tight and complicated space to create a shoe cabinet. He managed our expectations and and we are very happy with the end result. He was prompt with his responses and had a very quick turn around. He is also pleasant and easy to deal with. We will certainly use his services for any future projects.”

“Ordered a take away for family and friends last Friday. The food was delicious: lovely vegetarian/paneer dish, tasty side dishes (not overcooked as can often be the case) and a tender lamb bhuna for my wife. Peshwari naans were soft and puffy. We also got a discount for picking up our order. Will definitely get our Indian/Bengali food here in the future.”

“What a smashing big and juicy burgers and wings I have ever had MA SHA ALLAH. 100% recommended. I have tried Buttermilk chicken burger (Buff Chick) and a Smashing burger (Smash’n Burn). Also tried Honey wings with a buffalo sauce.”

“Would give it a 10 star. Took my veggie work colleague. Food was simple (we veggies like it simple sometimes), hot, fresh, stayed hot and very plenty. Spinach quantity was large and delicious - not overcooked. But the best best bit were the staff. What a breath of fresh air. They were joyful, energetic, just perfectly attentive and smiling. And singing too. Prices are very reasonable too. We came away feeling relaxed, happy, soulful and singing. Thank you to your beautiful staff”

“Fantastic place for dinner! Went for a private event and food and service was at top notch standards. This local eatery managed to not only serve everyone's food promptly, but also wonderfully cooked and beautifully presented. Which is no mean feat when the entire restaurant is booked out and everyone is offering off the menu! There were friendly staff constantly offering drinks, and checking if we needed anything. They did this in an unobtrusive way and always with a smile. Toilets were clean and tidy. Parking was fine and there is a local car park less then 5 mins walk away.”

“I recently visited Mabel's Vintage Tearooms with a group of friends, vegetarians and one vegan. Nobody missed out. Everyone was well catered for. The sandwiches, scones and cakes/desserts were absolutely delicious and fresh. They also had beautiful gardens to stroll around. Service was brill. I would def recommend. FYI no walk ins, needs to be booked in advance”

“QUALIFCATION PARAGRAPH, SKIP TO NEXT ONE TO AVOID MY BRAGGING! As a reviewer of car audio by Pioneer, JVC, Kenwood, Panasonic, Sony and Clarion, as well as home cinema, I was flown to Las Vegas for the CES show and thrice to Japan. At one time, the home audio and car audio department had a bit of rivalry as to which department could be more stunning in their entertainment of their honoured guests. We were taken to a Japanese restaurant in the Tokyo equivalent of the Hollywood Hills of LA and treated to a meal in a private room, served by women in £40,000 silken layered garb, that cost our hosts £1,800 a head. I was shocked when I found out years later! They even had a museum of Samurai armour, all older than 500 years, or "it wasn't old enough.." The point is, this sumo-sized reviewer actually knows his Japanese food. RIGHT..REVIEW: First, I apologise for not coming in sooner! I have followed the place for ever. Used to sit down for posh fish and chips when the top end chippy next door had it as their restaurant! Then, it opened and I was a bit taken aback. No Ikura? No Unagi? (That's the lovely salmon eggs and the only cooked sushi..eel) I could understand that there was no sea urchin roe...that's serious sushi logistics from sea to plate..but there were only three kinds of fish? Finally I went to dinner, as MeJulie was having a steak with her girl chum from work..and GOT IT! Fact is, this place has taken the most brilliant set of choices and is serving the freshest, best quality and ONLY in the varieties they can guarantee... so no fancy ebi shrimp, nor clams..but that is to miss the point. The quality and presentation is SO Nihonjin, it's amazing. I had Yakitori, and they were served on a slice of REAL BANANA LEAF! Nearly all places use a plastic sheet-alike, even good ones. And there was a garnish so seasonal it was perfect. Pea shoots and two tiny little edible flowers were there. The sushi was perfectly cut, meltingly fresh and even the crockery it was served on was delightful. OISHI DES! (means YUMMY!) The Miso soup I started with, was ridiculously good! Big lumps of tofu, loads of seaweed..rather than it being rationed..and rich and flavourful of quality Miso paste. Great omen for what was to come. The seaweed salad (theme here, me likey algae!) was perfect and totally set off by toasted sesame..and it all added up to the most darn AUTHENTIC Japanese food had in the UK since the Oriental City closed in Colindale! I was so blown away, I had to ask who was the genius nipponophile? It turns out, it's at least three of them..and the chefs are deeply skilled. I will return and try more of the cooked items..it is thriving new eatery and I feel lucky to have it on my doorstep. Totally recommended. GOCHIOSOSAMA DE'SHTA! Domo arigato gozaimas.”

“Olivio's never disappoints! The staff are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much for them. The ambience is very cosy and comfortable. The food is always finger licking good, portion size is always on the generous size and our plates are so clean you can see your reflection! As an added bonus you can bring your own alcohol! What's not to love?”

“Don't understand the low rating of this place. Absolutely 10/10 evening. The food was absolutely delicious, not your average dishes! The service of the staff was impeccable, cannot fault it at all. The lady's who waited the table were so attentive and polite, unfortunately didn't get names. We also ordered shisha and it lasted the whole evening, fantastic flavours recommended from the gentleman serving us. Biggest thank you to James who helped us with every request (there were many) thanks for being fantastic and so welcoming and accommodating, you made the evening what it was. Cannot wait to return. “Pleasantly surprised by this hidden little cafe inside King George Recreation Ground. Food was surprisingly good quality. Cooked breakfast is big and delicious, scrambled eggs come with salad and pitta bread. Coffee was good. It's spacious inside with lots of heavy wooden table and chairs. Also dog friendly. Recommended!”

I was nicely surpriced of the place as prior to my visit i used the delievry service only. Service that impressed me for the speed that the food has been delivered with, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the driver.
