“Pleasantly surprised how well kept this park is. It’s certainly not impacted like the nearby Beam Valley park by drunks and littering. I love the little wooden sculptures popping up. Quite flat but so versatile with sectioned out structure and the pond in the middle. Pictures in early Mar, but still a nice walk.”

“Our daughter has been attending Over The Rainbow Nursery for almost a year now. As a qualified social worker who has worked in child protection it was imperative that our daughter was placed in a happy environment where safeguarding is paramount and she would be encouraged to develop. Over The Rainbow have ensured that she settled in well and has a key worker who she felt secure and happy with. We receive regular updates with regards to her progression and it is clear to see that the staff are passionate and caring about the children. Our daughter has been taught so much, from learning to share and take turns to using cutlery to feed herself (all age-appropriate things). Our daughter runs into nursery each week and we are very pleased that she enjoys her time at the nursery. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do! “Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.”

Nothing was too much trouble for her, from jumping onto trip advisor to check out different hotel revies, with us changing our minds last minute and wanting another hotel. She was easy to talk to knowledgeable, patient and super friendly. We felt in safe hands and just booked everything in one go including the hotel for the night before our departure, insurances, seats and all of our day trips and lounge access. This was solely down to the fact that we instantly connected with Ella and trusted her to guide and organise us through everything. Ella went through each element ensuring that she gave us copies with all key information highlighted. We were offered tea coffee and fed chocolates :) Shout out to Barbara as well who also was professional and super friendly and jumped in to assist us as well. These girls in the Romford branch are top notch and deserve special recognition - they made us feel valued and special!! if you want a non-pushy and honest service I strongly urge you to pop into the Romford branch and specifically ask for one of these lovely ladies.........
