Waz is the best Injector I've come across, he's really got some skills, he knows what he’s doing and really does the magic. Considering I've been to some high end places but Beautifly was by the best I have found my regular place, I even brought my sister and a couple of friends here and they're very happy... "Absolutely appalled, went to this shop to have my nails done after spending hundreds of pounds on other treatments under the impression I was placing my money in good hands. The acrylic wasn’t done properly and after 3 days they had all snapped off. They gave me an appointment to get them redone but due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t make up. I politely called today outlining the severity of the situation and the response I got was disgusting. First they lied and said they was fully booked and then upon further conversation he responded it’s his business and he just doesn’t want to do them. After explaining further my PERSONAL situation he abruptly replied I just don’t want to do them and that’s it.. after all the custom and money I have spend on this shop I am utterly shocked and disappointed with they’re response to my sensitive situation. £35 for nails for 3 days appealed !!"

"Shocking experience. Went to have gel removed. Ruined nails filed them down so much they are red and thinner than paper, the manager has offered a voucher of the price paid due to no refund policy. I wouldn’t waste your money or time. Why would you return to a place that had ruined your nails??"

"Went in to get my nails done for my birthday and asked for French tips.. They are very much not what I was expecting from an old established “salon” I felt bad for saying anything at first, however I was forced to pay for a service I was completely unhappy about. Do not go here to get your nails done, photos attached - they are thick, uneven and are not even straight! £30 down the drain."
