“I cannot recommend this place enough. They're a family run business and the most honest guys I've ever known. Took my car for an Audi service a year back and they said all my brake pads and disks needed replacing imminently. I took my car into Birbeck Autos and asked for all to be swapped. Paul and his family said that none of them needed replacing and showed me all of the disks and pads and how they were fine. They are truly honest, great pricing and very trustworthy. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Please go here, I'd honestly advise going here before a main dealership, as they have the expertise and honesty, that you won't get from a main dealership. 10/10 for me 5*, love these guys. My front teeth where broken in a childhood accident, as a result of this I had a cap and out of line teeth I had never felt confident with smiling. John was amazing, he talked me through the treatment plan in a free consultation and I couldn’t believe that my teeth could be changed. I had, them aligned, bonded and whitened. I chatted to Kim on the phone about what to have and she suggested that she had some lovely ceramic pots and could do an arrangement in them. They were hand delivered on Sunday morning, Kim said she would sort her delivery route so that the flowers were delivered at a time that suited me. The flowers were beautiful and the ceramic pots were stunning. So nice in fact i have asked Kim to make one for me. I would give Kim 10 stars if that was an option.
