Zara's personable and knowledgable approach is what makes her so fab to receive advice and treatment from. She puts me totally at ease, she suggests with me, for or against particular treatments based on her professional opinion, and I always trust her guidance for procedures she feels are appropriate for me or not. “I have a severe phobia of dentists but I needed an urgent removal of a fractured tooth so with much reluctance I attended this practice. It was a difficult and traumatic extraction but the procedure was carried out with sympathetic gentleness and patience by Dr Mohammed who explained exactly what the procedure entailed and what I should expect at every stage. I will also need some other treatment in a few weeks’ time but Dr Mohammed, together with his very kind dental nurse, was so good with my fear that I actually feel able to return for further treatment with confidence. I absolutely recommend this practice with it’s calming ambience and pleasant staff.”

“One week ago I noticed how one of my teeth at the back got badly chipped and I was very worried about it. I immediately called the practice and they managed to get me an emergency appointment for few hours later on the same day. Once figured out the issue, 2 days later Dr Sim Mangat and nurse DiPi brilliantly rebuilt the tooth with filling and fixed everything up. They did a miracle really. I am also usually a bit of a nervous patient when it comes to medical checks and needles, but I immediately felt I was in very good hands and they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. One week as gone by and my tooth is all ok, no pain, no issues, everything back to normal. I am so grateful!”

“The 12 day land Turkey tour is one I would recommend to anyone! I recently went on my first ever Travel Talk Tour and it genuinely exceeded my expectations by far. I was excited to see Turkey and tick off some more things from my bucket list, but the sights that we saw in person were so much more beautiful, interesting, and amazing than I could have imagined, however what really made the tour extra special was our incredible guide Mustafa who took such good care of us and made this a trip I’ll never forget.”

“As a party of seven people with ages ranging from 3 to 72 (almost), SKI VIP had a tall order to fill. They did not disappoint. From the moment we were on the transfer coach - with a chocolate bar and bottled water to sustain us - to the moment we left - with bacon rolls to eat later, our week was just about perfect. The hotel was warm, immaculately clean and and very comfortable; the food was of an extremely high standard and the staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful and friendly in all our dealings with them. We were particularly thankful for the daily pick up from the Ski Kindergarten in the middle of the village for our three-year-old and the two older children (7 & 9) and also for the effort put in to give a lift from the hotel to St Christophe when the non-skiing member of the group failed to catch the bus in order to meet up with the others for lunch. We were also grateful when our duvet was exchanged for a lighter one, making for a better night's sleep and last but not least thank you for the delightful birthday cake made for the oldest member of the group. He had long wanted to ski with his grandchildren when he was 72 - and he has now achieved this ambition. We should also mention the excellent tuition given by the ski school to the children, one of whom, at least, was very nervous as he had been quite put off by instruction on a previous holiday (not in Austria). The care given to the youngest child in the Ski Kindergarten was exceptional and she enjoyed (almost) every moment. All these elements, combined with wonderful snow conditions and glorious sunshine on the final few days made this a holiday which has given us memories we will cherish for ever.”

“Best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in the area. Multiple kids and adults classes everyday! Top-notch teaching that caters to all levels taught in a safe and supportive environment. Community classes for kids and adults also available. Not many schools offer that as a way to give back to the community. Truly impressive!”

“Loved our stay at the Bankside! The hotel is fun, well styled and very comfortable with a gorgeous breakfast. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary hospitality. Especially Mariana, whose customer service was truly world class. Her “the sky’s the limit” approach to anticipating and meeting our needs resulted in a fantastic stay, including booking in room massages for us. We look forward to returning to the Bankside!”

“One of the best stays in central London. The mere fact that you can sip a cup of coffee while looking at the Thames river and Tower of London from your balcony is a unique experience in itself. Loved the cleanliness, staff was very friendly and the apartment was equipped with everything necessary. Highly recommend accomodation. ❤️”

“I've been going to this place for a few months as it's cheap and usually good. Just had one of the worst cuts i've had in my life. I did better jobs on myself during lockdown. The bloke just wanted to watch the football, so blitzed my cut as fast as he could. Far too short, and horribly uneven. Will be going elsewhere from now. Sorry. EDIT. After leaving this review the owner, Basel, very kindly got in touch and apologised and offered me a free haircut. I didn't expect this at all, it was a very nice surprise. A great haircut from Basel, and really lovely customer service. Changed my 1 star review to a 5. Thank you, Basel. See you again in the new year.”

Since then, Dr Singh has been looking after me flawlessly and have always made me feel very welcome and very safe in their hands... I feel lucky to have a surgery so close to home and so professional.”

She was also very clear about pricing and payment. Treatment not yet complete but this initial visit was a good start.”

“Stayed over night while visiting friends in the area. Lovely clean, large room. It is an old build so there are a lot of stairs and no tea making facilities in the room but guest are welcome to use the large kitchen to make drinks. There is a generous continental breakfast and the host is welcoming and chatty without being intrusive or overbearing. It is about 1 minute from the station.”

“Great Service, everyone at the front desk is great, very polite and know what they are doing. Dr Dinesh has been amazing, has done my check ups for nearly a year now and recently performed a deep filling procedure. Always makes sure you’re comfortable and fully informed. He made sure I was absolutely satisfied with the results and answered all question informativly. Will be sticking with this practice and Dr Dinesh for as long as I can!!”
