“We held a charity Ladies Lunch and Fashion Show at the newly refurbished Holiday Inn, Shepperton, and it was amazing. From the initial contact and throughout the process all requests/arrangements were met with a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. Under the leadership of the amazing Sandra the whole team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the day. Rooms were provided for the models and choir to get ready in and the main event took place in a beautifully prepared dining room. Nearly 150 guests dined on fantastic food - all delicious, promptly served, and the hot food was hot! This is an annual event, but our first time at this venue, and we will certainly be back - our guests will insist on it! Well done and our grateful thanks to everyone involved. It turned out, I need long term counselling, so I went private with Jane after 3 months. I love talking to Jane, and always feel better after. “A great inexpensive hotel. Service was a little slow at times as they seemed short staffed. The same guy checked us in, was later behind the bar and waiting tables for dinner, and was also single-handedly running the front of house for breakfast. Our room was clean and modern. There was a hair dryer but no safe. There are a few shops very close by, but apart from that there's nothing of interest in the local area. The hotel is a good option as a stopover or to use as a base as it's near major roads.”
