“I started here as a driver on 4th February. I almost didn’t show up for the interview after reading the reviews online, however I decided to go and make my own mind up and make my own decisions. This was by far the best thing I’ve ever done, as soon as I got in for the interview I was told how it’s a family run business and from the word go I’ve never felt anything less than like being part of the family. I absolutely love my job. The days can be long but there’s no heavy lifting involved, no unloading process you have to do. I tell people now the hardest part of my job is pulling my curtains back for the customer to unload me. All the managers are great with you if you have a problem. When you get back from your route you always have a laugh and a joke with the management. All the drivers are super friendly too. The day I started a few different drivers came over. Introduced themselves and said if I have any problems then go find them and they’ll be happy to help. I guess that’s all you can from a job. Rate of pay is very good. The structure and system works very well. I’ve never been in a job where I’ve been so happy and genuinely get up in the mornings without a care that I have to go to work. I love it.”

One of the boxes appeared to be damaged, but it was a crate type construction so we had to get the hammer and screwdriver out to have a look, she helped me with everything, nothing was too much trouble, all was well, no damage, so thank you Steph Gregory, you are a star and a credit to your company. We had £500k worth of marble coming into the country from Italy and we didn't have our own facility to unload and store, and nor did we have space on site, so we had the deliveries come into Maximum Logistics. We found them to be competitive, efficient and very helpful. Everything was delivered on time, and we had a high number of deliveries (as we required small loads) and we were sometimes giving them very short notice. In some instances we required some of the marble to be delivered to site as soon as it had arrived at Maximum Logistics, and they were able to oblige on every occasion. I highly recommend these guys.
